450k+ Runecrafting XP/h + 5 min AFK Soul Altar Method - No Wicked Hood and Low Risk Posted: 14 Jun 2018 01:30 AM PDT I didn't see any updated good Soul Altar methods so here is the current best method without using wicked hood teleports. Also this lets you AFK for up to 5 minutes instead of 2.5 Method: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hD49fOzOv6w Required Items: Demonic Skull Abyssal Titan (Necklace of Shadows necklace recommended to reduce point drain) Wilderness Sword RC Urns + Enhancer (You will need about 12 on your 4th run per trip) All 5 pouches, if the Infinity ethereal is owned you don't need a small pouch. (Buying 1 unstable air rune from the deep sea merchant will get you from 90-99 without ever touching runespan) Runecrafting Elite Outfit for extra essence (You should get a base set by 90 RC if you actually did RC) Combined Catalyst fragment is highly recommended but not required as it makes massive pouches last ages. Some method to teleport to a bank (Tokul-zo, Max cape) Portable Fairy Ring - If using it is not an option use option 3 on the TokKul-Zo and run to the fairy ring. You lose like 50k xp/h. Master RC Robes recommended to be owned for +5% xp. Other Info You will never enter the wilderness skulled and each hour you wiill spend about 1 minute total in the wildy so the chance of even being attacked is tiny. 5 minutes of afk each time you charge, must click to charge your 2nd invo 2.5 min in. If you have the infinity ethereal set you will always get 100 charges and get the max xp. 97 is the max with normal outfit and 91 is max without any outfit. Each charge is worth 220 base xp. You will get around 5 trips per hour, even with errors and slow pouch filling which is 485k xp/h if you can get 100 charges each time. I killed Barry the Destroyer and didn't got a Kethsi Outfit Scroll Posted: 13 Jun 2018 02:37 PM PDT I decided to get back into slaying and Morvan assigned me my favorite slayer task, Rune Dragons. On my task, something unexpected happened, Barry the Destroyer spawned as my Elite Rune Dragon. I stared at it in awe very excitedly as I anticipated the bombardment of grats I was gonna get as I knew Barry drops a guarantee Kethsi outfit scroll. I quickly became the happiest guy on Runescape to the saddest as I realized it didn't drop the Kethsi scroll. It dropped only a dragon plateskirt. I was going through a roller coaster of emotions as I was trying to figure out why it didn't drop the scroll, and I think know the reason why. If you have one Kethsi Outfit Scroll in your bank already, you can't get another one until you redeem that Scroll. I've probably missed out on a lot of Kethsi Outfit Scrolls just by having one in my bank and it took a Barry the Destroyer spawn to confirm it. A player should be able to get the option of obtaining a Kethsi Outfit Scroll if he or she hasn't redeemed their previous Scroll, and no, the scroll I had in the bank wasn't my 5th and last scroll. how to get to edgeville Posted: 13 Jun 2018 12:43 PM PDT hey guys just making a quick tut on how to get to edgeville for new players or experienced players if youve never experienced this cool city so the easiest way if youve never been there is to press the home teleport button and look to the west of varok and press the edgeville button, i suggest checking out the monk people for more advanced ppl or ironmen, what you want to do is start south of edgeville or north of edgeville and then depending on which option you pick, run the opposite direction for example: i am north of edgeville so i will run south if you are south you can reverse this and run north hope this helped, hkp edit: due to the popularity of this i will be testing this out in old man rune scape and updating with results submitted by /u/HKP [link] [comments]
