The 7 deadly sins of siege

Posted: 18 Jun 2018 07:44 AM PDT

I: Greed: Thou shall not dropshot thy unprepared foe, for it is a cheap act of little skill.

II: Envy: Thou shall not kill thy friend for they have taken the operator thee had been seeking.

III: Pride: Thou shall not teabag thy downed foe for more than 3 teaspoons, less thou face a stolen kill.

IV: Lust: Thou shall not commit adultery to operator r34, as it is extremely disgraceful.

V: Gluttony: Thou shall not smurf and gain kills on those less skilled, nor shall thou spawnpeek thy unexpectant enemy.

VI: Wrath: Thou shall not commit mass homicide on thee allies. Thou may be upset, but others don't deserve death.

VII: Sloth: Thou shall not abandon thy game, for thy allies will be stranded and thy lonely recruit will be selected.

Since everyone is nitpicking that I have an mp7 instead of an mp5k for my mute cosplay I’ll just add context

This skin is amazing please Ubi .. Make It universal

Suggestion: Dress the recruits in the current season's camo pattern

The recruits get to change up a bit but not in a way the players control, and ubi gets to show off the current uniform a bit and maybe sell some copies. Win win.

A silent breacher - my idea for a new operator

Posted: 18 Jun 2018 06:58 AM PDT

Hey guys.

I realize there are a lot of operator ideas floating around but I hadn't actually seen this one posted before so I was curious what you guys thought of the idea.

I don't have all of the specifics down but my idea involved a quiet breacher. Essentially, an op capable of breaching into rooms without using explosives as to not alert the enemy team.

Gadgets:

1) Glass Cutter. Standard James Bond spy gear. This combined with a suction cup would allow him to breach through a sky light without smashing the glass.

2) Improved grapple system. This will go hand in hand with the rest of his kit. He personally modified his grappling system to allow him to rappel with significantly less noise. This won't be completely silent but it will be less noisy than regular rappelling.

3) Reverse pneumatic nail gun. I'm not sure if something like this exists in the real world but it will be a nail gun that extracts nails from boarded up doorways near silently. He can either remove the whole door (this will take a significant amount of time as opposed to sledge who can do it instantly) OR a single board allowing him to peak into a room without smashing out a door and notifying all of the defenders where he is.

Edit: a commenter suggested using a powerful magnet instead. That sounds promising. I would go with something like that instead. Same idea though.

And to the people suggesting a hammer, it probably wouldn't be quiet and the nails are pushed in deep. It might not even be possible to get them out quietly with one.

I figure he shouldn't have any explosives as to make castle a hard counter (castle uses nails that are impossible to quietly remove) and will be a slight buff to castle as a whole.

Thoughts?
