Thanks for your greatest support making r/Rainbow6 an amazing community! As a young gaming keyboard brand, DREVO is greatly honored to coordinate this Custom Global Giveaway to celebrate r/Rainbow6's milestone of 400k subscribers with our most unique offering you would be dying for!

We recently launched our first fully programmable gaming keyboard featuring Genius Knob - BladeMaster on Kickstarter. It has been the most successful gaming keyboard project there. Also, referring to some surveys with our backers, we've found most backers will use the BladeMaster to play Rainbow Six: Siege. Prizes & Winners

Hacking in Rainbow 6 has become more of an issue now than it has ever been before and Ubi has to do something about it.

Recently with one of the biggest Siege names among Youtube, BikiniBodhi, quitting playing Siege because of the constant hacking. It is clear something drastic needs to be done to hit hard on hackers. We all know that battling hacking within a game would be a very difficult task and in the past Ubi has done fairly well with dealing with hackers, without mandatory 2 step verification, stealing accounts from people has become too easy.

I propose that for Ubisoft accounts there becomes a mandatory 2 step verification on all accounts. Already this is optional but for some can just be a "I'll do it later" situation. Having an email verification set to be mandatory would reduce hackers greatly in the way that they would be no longer able to steal these accounts so easily. Of course this wouldn't end all hacking but it definitely is a start that would bring significant change to the issue at hand. As time goes on, Ubi may implement a harder system on hackers, making Siege once again the game it used to be.

For now, I strongly advise everyone to add the email verification onto their Ubisoft accounts if you are on PC, protect yourself.

Since all Community Managers are ignoring every comment and thread regarding the rampant cheating on PC at the moment: Require two-factor authentication for all accounts playing Ranked.

Most cheating is done by boosters charging other players money to get carried to Diamond. To do this, they purchase hacked accounts on a particular Russian forum for $3. Forcing two factor auth should mitigate the cheating on PC significantly at least until BattlEye is worth a damn again.
