| Hopefully in Fallout 76 we'll be able to choose our character's age. Posted: 10 Jun 2018 07:54 AM PDT One of my favorite aspects of Fallout 3 is that the Lone Wanderer is only 19. There's something chilling knowing that you're only a kid, utterly lost in a whole new world trying to find your dad. In NV, you could choose your age meaning that you could set up a similar situation. But in Fallout 4 you have no choice but to play as a father or mother. I really couldn't put myself in the shoes of the Sole Survivor for this reason. It just felt weird blasting raiders and shooting up chems knowing that you had a family. Personally, I hope we'll be able to choose our character's age in Fallout 76 like in NV. [link] [comments]  |

| Paintings in FO4 are also real locations. Posted: 10 Jun 2018 03:33 AM PDT So yesterday I found out that the building in the painting in the FO76 trailer was a real location (here is my POST). Today I thought, maybe the paintings in Fallout 4 are also real locations? And yes, they are, at least the lighthouses. Here are the paintings you can find and craft in game and the pictures of the real life ones. The angles are not completely the same but you can clearly see they are the same and have the same location (you can see the tree line in the distance on both of them). The first one is Porthsmouth Harbor Lighthouse (New Hampshire) and the second one is Edgartown Lighthouse (Massachusetts). They are not complete copies, just like the mine painting, some little things are changed. I always thought the paintings were random things somebody at Bethesda made, but apparently they are real. There is one painting of a lighthouse with some red at the top, and a couple of paintings with barns that I couldn't find, maybe someone else can. [link] [comments]  |

| Posted: 10 Jun 2018 02:43 PM PDT Fallout 4 had a map size of about 4 square miles. Skyrim was at about 14 square miles. This puts 76 at being about 16 miles. Im putting this out there just incase anyone was wondering. [link] [comments]  |
