How this is gonna go down... Posted: 13 Jun 2018 09:13 AM PDT So here's my hot take on this whole Uldren thing. He's gonna kill Cayde. We know that. Zavala is gonna tear his mark, which is a Titan tradition, and start wearing a cloak, "just like Cayde always wanted him to do." Then we head into the Tangled Shore. Take down these big bad bugs calling themselves Barons. Then we fight Uldren. Bang bang, slash stab, <insert David Samuel noises here>, and we win the fight Uldren is on a knee, bleeding, gasping for breath, telling us to just finish it. The Guardian says "...no." Everyone's TVs literally crack from the sheer shock of hearing the Guardian talk. Ghost faints. "You're going to face Vanguard justice for what you did here." Babies are literally crying and the clouds have opened up at the sound of that voice. We turn to grab the Ace of Spades that Uldren dropped at the end of the fight "No..." BANG "...the Reef takes care of it's own..." We turn to see the Queen, battle damaged and weary from her adventures, holding a smoking gun to the back of Uldren's head. There is a burning hole through his head as he slumps over. We see Eris behind her, quietly staying in the shadows. They nod, say something about seeing us around, and then vanish into the darkness. Then they give us basically all of the post story quests, like the Raid, undoing the damage Uldren called, etc. Then Shiro-4 or a super serious, new, grizzled (opposite of Cayde) Hunter becomes the new Hunter Vanguard, and constantly grumbles about the Vanguard Dare constantly.
