5 When you hit a taunted monster with a fully-charged Heavy Attack or any enemy that is stunned or immobilized with a fully-charged Heavy Attack, you deal an additional 12040 Physical Damage. This effect can occur once every 7 seconds

Can ZoS stop promoting 1h sword + magic in their Summerset poster?

Every time I see the promotional Summerset poster (https://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/home), I cringe.

Why do they persist in showing a Sorcerer with a 1h sword in one hand and using magic in the other when they are not implementing this in the game?

I mean, it's one thing to show it in a couple of pictures to look nice but when this is consistently shown in their promotional cinematics and posters since the beginning, it's a bit frustrating.

Hey all, played on PS4 Vivec campaign DC and the community has reached a saturation point for me. It seems like there is no server coordination whatsoever, and the server chat is loaded with spam. Does anyone have any better experiences on different campaigns? It's truly become irritating seeing all of the 911 calls for lost bases while being in groups of the so called "good leaders" of the server. A person named AllMadden is the only one who seemed remotely chill and not trying to act like they are the second coming of Alexander the Great. Cyroodiil seemed really cool at first, but now it seems like a hassle.

Accidentally Morphed a Skill

Started playing this week. My magplar (?) got to level 5 and I got excited whilst adding a new skill and morphed Puncturing Strikes into biting jabs (please don't laugh at me if this is wrong). How do/can I change this back to a magicka skill? Or just screw it and start again?

[Discussion] is ESO the right game for me?

I don't even know if this is the right place to ask such a question but coming from wow i wonder if this game will satisfy my needs when it comes to mmos. A friend of mine heavily enjoys playing eso and i really want to join him..but my question is if the game is complex enough, is the combat system deep enough and how many spells do you actually actively use? I was always impressed by the amount of spells in wow and how many of those you could actively use in a rotation and how deep it could get sometimes. This is one of the main factors for me when i'm looking for an mmo.. will there be a similiar experience awaiting me in eso? I am not asking for similiarities, the combat can be as different as possible but does it feel rewarding enough?

I'm also wondering if the premium subscription system is worth it and if the game has enough to do from interesting side activities to fun raids or dungeons overall.

Thanks in advance. I'm really hoping to get some help here because the game looks really interesting.

[PC] ESO FPS Confusion pls help

So I'm unsure if I'm getting normal FPS or just unlucky, I usually get around 30-45fps in large battle areas, in cities I get like 50, and in forests I get around 80. Sometimes it gets bad where it hovers around 30fps and I can notice it, but I also noticed, that my CPU and GPU Are only being used 30% each and the game is occupying about 9ish GBs of ram. Why are my CPU And GPU both not using their full capability, or am I mistaken?

Specs:

Ryzen 5 1600 (3.8ghz), GTX 970 (135mhz OC) and 16gb of DDR4 2800 MHz

Dungeon guides

Hey everyone,

Have a CP267 pet magsorc and I'm about to head into veteran crypt of hearts 1 to get my llambris helm. I started searching the internet and YouTube for up-to-date guides on the dungeon but can't really find any - they all seem to be from at least two years ago and vary widely.

So my question is, does anybody know of a good guide for veteran crypt of hearts 1? In addition, is there a good place to go for other veteran dungeon guides when I start branching out to those? I can't seem to find one unified up-to-date source (on reddit or otherwise). Thanks!

Skimmed thru the pts notes and didn't see and updates. Coming from a long-time-casual-off-n-on player, it was great to see those little icons in the inventory that tells you if you can research, gain extra gold from vendor, bonus inspiration, etc randomly show up when I logged in.

And we even got buff and rebuff icons in the default ui now!

Would love to see the addon advancedfilters integrated as those changes above were once addons as well. And a more refined guild trader ui definitely!

Tanks in PVP

Is it possible to play as a tank in PVP? I'm a completionist and I decided to focus on one character to get all achievements (long way to go, I know, but it is kind of a fetish). The thing is I hear from guildmates and such that being a tank (specifically a Templar Nord tank) is not exactly a good combination to participate in PVP if I ever want to try to go and get all the PVP achievements. I know that the Emperor achievement is hard to get (almost impossible even), and I maybe the killing classes achievements will be hard to get with no decent DPS, but my question is: are tanks viable in PVP in any way or should I start thinking in a skills/stats reset for a DPS build to try and start PVPing?

I've never done PVP in ESO even though I've been playing since last November, so it is uncharted territory for me.

The best way for buying dlc

Hey guys, I m at the point where I should buy the dlcs... at least Darkbrotherhood, Imperial and thieves guild pack. Do you recommend me that? Or the best way is the Eso Plus? In that case if I create a new Imperial character I can't use that without plus or buying the dlc right? pls help...

Hi All,

I'm a Pet MagSorc doing 3xDoT AoE build with Necropotence Set.

First Bar: 1. Elemental Blockade 2. Liquid Lighting 3. Pet AoE 4. Inner Light 5. Not sure Bound Aegis or Daedric Pray

Second Bar: 1. Power Surge 2. Hardened Ward 3. Boundless Storm - not sure if I should keep it or put Bound Aegis here as well 4. Pet 5. Inner Light

Not sure if Bound Aegis really worth it. Wondering if anybody could suggest what would be the best option for me.

Please tell me if I need to change something else.

Why haven't wands entered the game yet?

I was perplexed when I recently started playing and noticed there's no wands? In other mmo's wands are very relevant and are used for tanking instead of a staff like wand with a magic shield etc..

Would you like to see wands become a thing or keep as is, discuss.
