Kind of a rant, kind of not... I just wish this be brought into the spot light and something be done about it... from a players perspective nothing ticks me off more when we PAY for patron and get subpar support.

I'd submitted 2 tickets in regards to 2 different problems

1st ticket was because I couldn't use a title token I had obtained, in the initial contact on the ticket, I gave them a VIDEO showing that I clicked and clicked, I couldn't use it... this is the response I have gotten

I apologize for the confusion this has caused and I think some the websites below may be able to help you find the information you need as we reviewed your reported character but it doesn't appear they have completed the quest "Fashions Fade; Style is Forever" needed to obtain this title.

After going back and forth and being told to post this in the forums (I did just that) Muzzy informed me that all I needed was 50k tailoring proff for this title (I have 52k now...) I posted back into my ticket with this information, this is the response I got

In order to best assist you in resolving any problems or concerns you may be having please reply back with as much detail as possible in regards to the issue. Please try to include for us the following information, if applicable:

How long you have been experiencing the issue:

Please also provide any other information that may be relevant. Once we have received this information from you then we will review and reply back to you as quickly as possible.

As you can imagine this only made me more peev'd off as if this GM went to my initial post in the ticket, they could view the video and see the problem, also, when I filled in the ticket, I had entered my name (Or how else would the 1st GM be able to see if I had completed the quest or not?) Anywho I responded to him... and another GM chimmed in this time

I apologize for any inconvenience or frustration that this situation has caused. We can try to replace the token for you if you would like. If you would like to proceed with this course of action please move your token to either a chest or your warehouse. Once you have done this please update your ticket so that we can further assist.

So thankyou to that last GM, I had thought he did a good job, I got a new title token, tried and no dice... so now I'm stuck waiting..... later on today a guild member signed on, we finally had all that we needed to make some ayanad armor for her, I went to the chest where I put the items for her armor... they were all gone, now this chest is set to Family, there are 3 people in my family, myself, this member and a friend of mine IRL (1, I don't need the item, its for her, 2 the item is for her :\ & 3 I trust my irl friend to not steal my shit when we were both working on it for this other member)

So it don's on me I wonder if something funky happened when Trion did the title thing and removed some other stuff by accident... so again a ticket sent in (now in this ticket I used a sextant and gave them EXACT coordinates to the chest).... this is the response I got

However, I can further investigate if you let me know the type of chest you are referring to and what property it is located on. Are you referring to the same otherworldly chest on your fellowship in Ahnimar?

Now this annoys the crap out of me... I gave them the exact coordinates.... so now, I'm stuck waiting... AGAIN for an answer

As you Sail the seas of Arche age you may run into the Scariest of people... Lead by Captain Dewrot and his Harpoon Gunner Owo the legendary guild <This side up> have journeyed far and wide to find the most efficient trade rout in the east.

from Vill port to solis

they have ventured far and crossed many Seas of land but with hours of research and pathing they have Surpassed 3 mountains and menacing palm trees with hours of perseverance they have brought you the most efficient rout of trade.

Now for the rout:

Do not be afraid

If you Are weak Willed your rout will falter this run is Very hard and only people with 300 IQ can complete this run. you may need assistance by your local farm cart.

For an extra Push !

as you see here you will may need you local farm cart for an extra push this is highly recommend as it can help you keep low profile agents reds in mahadevi and Scary pack sealers like <Tractor Team Six>!

(advanced maneuvers from captain and harpoon men required req)

Mahadevi rout

as you can see in the map above there is a loop that one must make in order to kill the world boss that blocks the way after After hitting soils the captain forbid me from showing the rout that they have found for they have a secret fortress where they have kept there treasures from there journey and scraps of there journey.

from this point on in the journey script if forbidden.

yea.. but not on fresh start. because I have heard its bad and because I want to relive the game. Not get stuck and addicted to making that epic bow by farming 24x7 on a hauler and then saying archeage isn't fun.

basically. yea.

If you want a story without reading too much its just that i played archeage. I got lead by people in "Do this then it will be fun" did it.. wasn't fun. fought on reddit on how people find this game fun. OFC i got beat down. So I questioned FUN.. now that I believe i am a bit mature on the subject I want to relive archeage again. Through the eyes off my previous self.. which is why I dont want fresh start
