| Posted: 08 Apr 2018 04:46 AM PDT Hey folks, the other day I played a ranked match where I ended up playing the good ol' 2heads dragon - prob my first match with him in all 7.x. I was really surprised by how much magical dmg dual breath + liquid fire + lvl10 talent were doing in team fights (without, apparently, the enemy team even realizing it - like veno ult, basically) so I started wondering if it would be a viable mid. I remember W33 playing it in pos 2 from time to time, and I have reason to believe that now in 7.12 it could be a legit mid. What do you think? In terms of itemization, I'm starting to think of something like, after starting items (which I can't decide atm... maybe tangos + null?) Eul/Kaya then Force Staff then Rod or Dragon Lance then sheepstick? Maybe Shivas? What are your thoughts about it? In terms of skillbuild since it's mid basically lvl3 being 1-1-1 then max liquid fire & dual breath (maybe 1lvl in ult at 6 depending on team composition). With liquid fire at lvl1 you basically constantly harass and make harder for the enemy mid to do anything and at lvl4 & 5 he can say bb to farming. Moreover you have a lot of pushing ability. | Broodmother 1v1 mid only mirror match Posted: 08 Apr 2018 09:55 AM PDT Been playing SF and Jakiro 1v1 mid mirrors, though I've been also been curious about the Broodmother variation. From what some of my friends and usual queue buddies say, it's a lot like the Jakiro matchup where the goal is the tower kill, not the two hero kills. However, I have zero idea how to get started on this matchup. What should I buy? What should I be doing when the lane isn't pushed towards my opponent's side? What's the best skill build? | Question about the state of roaming and landing meta In general Posted: 08 Apr 2018 11:51 AM PDT So I haven't played in about 6 months, and purely roaming doesn't seem to be very viable anymore, even in games where I got my team lots of kills I was always very under leveled compared to other heroes. If it is outdated, where does this leave heroes like earth spirit and pudge? Is it better to have a dual off to get levels then roam to other lanes? Any help is appreciated [link] [comments]  |
| what do you do if a teammates locks a terrible hero for the offlane Posted: 08 Apr 2018 11:41 AM PDT You all know what im talking about: Necro, Zeus Skywrath, Silencer etc I like to play P4 and usually pick it early as you do. When my P3 picks his hero I never know what to do when its a shitty offlaner. Go with him, ignore him and let him feed. Its the same story every time. They feed and beg for help in the first 2 mins. I can try and kill their offlaner but being my games they usually get a proper offlaner who can survive. Its become the new LC jungle, mid heros who die easy going solo. [link] [comments]  |

Was it a bad pick or poor execution? EDIT: Also, late game he bought an ultimate orb (for Skadi) before changing his mind and buying a bkb, leaving him without gold for bb.
