Is there a good way to make more revered/elder dragons appear?

I'm level 62 right now and I want more dragons to spawn so I can get a chance to get the dragonbone sword (I hate levelling up smithing, so I'm doing it this way). However it is quite rare so I need to fight more and more. Is there a good way to make them spawn? When you go to the dragon nests with the word wall, only the weakest dragons spawn, so that method doesn't work. Thank you

Any use for the aetherium forge?

Just completed Lost to the Ages, which was no cake walk at level 10. I did it because I had visions of my character accumulating hella wealth by discovering a long lost forge. Is there a source of aetherium anywhere else in the game besides the shards I already used up? Did some googling and couldn't find any mention of the forge outside of the quest I already completed. Thanks!
