Ken tatsumaki delay too low? Posted: 28 Feb 2018 03:34 AM PST Whenever my brother does a tatsumaki with ken and I block, my light or medium punches never manage to punish him for it as he is already blocking. Posted: 28 Feb 2018 09:54 AM PST Overview One of the original 8 characters in Street Fighter 2, Guile, is back in SFV. While his sonic boom special requires charging, his recovery on fireballs is quick, and his V-Skill can keep his opponents guessing. With his flash kicks and wide range of normals, Guile is one of the few characters can actually play the zoning game well in SFV. His V-Trigger 1 boosts his sonic boom and open combo potentials, V-Trigger 2 on the other hand boost his flash kicks. Being able to have answers in all situations, Guile is considered one of the best characters (if not the best) in SFV. A question for the Fighters Posted: 27 Feb 2018 09:30 PM PST So I was curious if anyone felt too nervous or apprehensive about playing ranked in SFV? I always hop on to play ranked but I back out because I feel less skilled or not ready. Then I spend the next couple hours in training practicing my combos and my spacing and then I just don't go to ranked. When asking my self this question I think the reason i'm too nervous is because of how much pro game play I watch. I feel like I shouldn't go to ranked or play online at all. Is SFV: AE Deluxe worth 65 USD? Posted: 27 Feb 2018 06:01 PM PST Edit: I appreciate the replies! If I could get a couple more people to tell me if I should get it I can make my decision This might not be the best place to ask, since there is likely a very heavy bias, but I'm curious. I played a lot of SFV when it came out with my brother on his PS4 and enjoyed it, and am thinking of getting it for myself while it's on sale. I want to get better at a fighting game and honestly I sort of regret buying DBFZ, it's just way too quick and difficult for me... not to mention the time between matches is just awful. I prefer footsies and not having to worry about touch of death combos. Is SFV active still? Are there new people still buying it? Any lag or long periods between matches?
