As the title says, from a Riot standpoint, it doesn't matter if the new skin is "cheaper" or not. You will still spend 20€ for 3250 RP just to buy a skin that's 2700 RP. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter for Riot what you use your RP on, what matters is that you spend 20€ regardless. Here's a paraphrased translation of the Facebook post: Internal disciplinary notice for Kingzone DragonX Kim Kwang-Hee. Over the past 3 days the team has examined in detail regarding the player's inappropriate actions prior to joining the team via interviews with other players, relevant witness claims and other evidence. Consequently, we've decided to take internal disciplinary action against the player in question. In the future, we will improve our player selection process to ensure this situation does not happen again and clarify and apply our guidelines regarding player discipline. Also since a few people are seeming to miss it here's my translation of the offending summoner name in question: Okay let me try to translate it for you as literally as possible: 노무터진두부현 = Noh Moo "splattered tofu" Hyun. The president's name is quite evidently there, but the splattered tofu makes reference to the way he committed suicide, which was to jump off a cliff. I'm also guessing you know what tofu is, which is bean curd. Edit: As mentioned by /u/Junhona, "두부" can also translate to "Head". Self-explanatory. The severity of the insult may be lost in translation but surely I don't have to tell you regarding how offensive it is. Would you like to see the League client gain a 3D model viewer? Posted: 08 Mar 2018 10:41 PM PST It seems strange that I have to go to a site like "lolkings.net" if I want to have a look at a skin before I buy it. Considering how much effort and detail is put into each of these models (and wards) I can't believe the art and animation teams haven't wanted to be able to show everyone what they've achieved. I can't imagine that it would reduce their sales, in fact I'd think more people would be willing to hand over money for their favourite champs if they got to appreciate how good the skins truly are, especially the Ultimate skins who usually don't get the attention they deserve in the heat of competition. It may be more difficult than I'm giving Riot credit for, but considering that we have all the character models installed anyway, a new tab (whether it's an offshoot of 'collection' so you can browse what you've got) or a new 'shop' element that lets you browse the skin on sale, I'm sure people would love the chance to appreciate the effort that's been put in. We Have Plenty Of Ideas; Here Are The Next Three ADC Champions Posted: 09 Mar 2018 03:14 AM PST Fresh on the heels of releasing a void-themed ADC with just enough vanity to bare her chest and just enough Vayne-ity to press R into the enemy team because she has no range to trigger her 5 (?) hit passive anyway, Riot is eager to prove they haven't simply run out of completely reasonable ADC ideas. We are being given a rare peek into Riot's ADC development pipeline to prove that right clicking on enemy champions on range can be balanced without giving them hysterical countdown gates to their damage. Behold: PAYNE Passive: Here Comes the Payne Train! Payne slowly applies Payne to enemy champions with her bicep-mounted skill nozzles that in no way resemble nipples while screaming the pleasure sounds typical of a void creature. While each auto actually does no damage, six consecutive hits on the same champion will trigger a huge burst of damage. Q,W,E: I dunno, a waveclear and some steroid or something. R: Payne teleports next to the enemy champion with an available CC skill. If the enemy has already blown their cooldowns, Payne teleports to the enemy with cooldowns closest to refreshing and stuns herself. THAYNE Passive: As the sexy queen of the underworld, Thayne steadily builds her dominion over enemies. After seven consecutive hits from her or her equally well-endowed skeletal minions, Thayne triggers a moderate burst of damage. Q,W,E: Skeletons. A steroid. A second passive where using a chroma summons the skeleton of a Rioter's child, who happily attends college thanks to your support. R: A global missile that is different from Ezreal and Jinx and Ashe because it teleports you into the enemy team's midlaner and lowers your health / MR by 50%. COCKAYNE Passive: After a life on the streets dealing Zaun crack, COCKAYNE knows you have to plan for the future. Each hit is a careful investment in a passively-managed mutual fund of damage. Eight consecutive hits will generate a reasonable annual return of 4-8% and an equally safe amount of damage. Q,W,E: Posts on /r/investing. A steroid passive. Mini game where buying special Zaun Crack Rocks from the store tediously boosts a random stat by some underpowered, then wildly overpowered, then nerfed into oblivion amount. R: COCKAYNE is so eager to build her Zaun Crack empire that she calls the enemy team together at Baron pit for a Deal Gone Wrong and refreshes their cooldowns before doing a pathetic amount of AOE damage. If COCKAYNE has done exactly what we wanted and played the mini game she gets a shield that is either gamebreakingly incredible or not depending on the facial expressions of Korean professional players week to week. I hope you've enjoyed this spotlight before the champions hit PBE. We're still trying to get he numbers right (we're not sure if PAYNE needs an extra 0.367 or 0.378 base AD) but we'll get there with adequate data.
