| Posted: 06 Mar 2018 09:30 AM PST Hello, I played a hero league game and got matched with Stalk (Картошечка), a popular streamer. At no point during the game did I flame, make negative comments, etc. If anything, I'm just play, as I always do. After we got stomped, Stalk (Картошечка) raged on his stream, and decided to report all team. Thing is, I know he's the kind of person who rages a lot and decided to check out the vod. Where can I report this bullshit to Blizzard? His rank does not give him the right to behave in this way. | [Discussion] Post-Update Ana is Trash? Posted: 06 Mar 2018 05:27 PM PST Ana is now completely non-viable as a solo healer. The developer comments quoted that they have "made some changes to make her feel more meaningful in solo-Support compositions," while the actual changes don't reflect this belief. Let's start with the trait change - Ana heals for half of her trait damage. This would be nice if her trait didn't do terrible damage. Even at maximum stacks of her trait, you can expect to only receive 30HP/s at level 10, 44HP/s at level 20 as the baseline. Needless to say this does very little to keep Ana alive as it is both heals for fractions and requires Ana to get close to the enemy unless she takes Aim Down Sights. Auto-Attacking as Ana is a huge risk and you likely won't be doing much near any enemy dive Heroes. Healing Dart got a flat nerf from 237 -> 215. Biotic Grenade was changed from 3 to 4 second stock duration, however it only affects Ana's healing output unless the level-1 Quest is taken and completed. However this Quest is in direct competition with the "Healing Dart Pierces" Quest that's almost a necessity when playing Ana. There is virtually no reason to pick Ana over any other meta solo-healer right now. ----- Buff Idea: I believe Ana deserves to have her [[Piercing Darts]] Quest as a baseline quest permanently. It's so important for Ana to be able to heal people that might be behind another teammate at the time. Piercing Darts was picked the majority of the time because it's so critical to be able to land these shots - it's very hard to get teammates to stay out of Ana's line of sight between her and the frontline taking damage. It's never a guarantee for a clear shot, so Piercing Darts helped mediate that. It wasn't overpowered, it was core. And a core talent aught to simply be baseline. Anyone else have any thoughts to add? Does anyone think Ana actually received a buff? Do you feel the nerf/buff is deserved or not? What would you do to fix Ana from this point moving forward? | With today’s patch, the level 4 talent tier is the first with no duplicate talents Posted: 06 Mar 2018 08:44 AM PST There are still "generic" talents, but with Sonya losing Focused Attack and Mercenary lord, each one is only on a single hero (Amplified healing on Stitches, Envenom on Kerrigan, Mercenary Lord on Vikings, and Focused Attack and Vigorous assault on Raynor). The remaining generic non-storm-tier talents on multiple heros are: I guess the next tier that will get to this state is 7. Rehgar kind of needs a rework, and Artanis may get one too. | Posted: 06 Mar 2018 10:28 AM PST This is the result of 5 minutes spent in photoshop The issue is that when making models for male characters for hots, blizzard tends to make them look "manlier" then they were ment to. The best example is Kael'Thas who is described to be one of the most handsome elves ever, yet for some reason blizz chose to add him some random facial feature. The list goes on, in this gallery there are some of the most popular characters who also got scarred by this blizz trend [link] [comments]  | ||

| Discovered unusually high win rate! Posted: 06 Mar 2018 10:21 AM PST Saw a player pop up on my site with a 97% win rate at 282 games. Thought, thats rather high even for a pro player. After investigating, turns out its QuickMatch but even then QM is such a fiesta ... I would assume there should be more losses. After looking into the player history, the player is only playing Cho. Discovered the Gall player changes every 2 games. Also the gall only shows as 2 games played in history. (Aka new accounts) Granted this data comes from uploaded replays, but considering how consistent it is, this gives me quite a bit of concern. Is this someone experimenting with AI? Someone abusing party MMR?

| Further proof that there are server-side problems Posted: 06 Mar 2018 01:44 PM PST Just had a game on EU server where I had 1000ms ping all game. Apparently all other 9 players had problems too. At one point, all opponents disconnected at the same time, and the game noted that it would end if they don't reconnect within 20 seconds (didn't know that this was a thing): Screen of that game Good thing that it was on a map that is known for short games... | Should voice silence ban from Hero League? Posted: 06 Mar 2018 03:29 PM PST Because currently, it does not. While it might not be needed to speak yourself to play HL halfway seriously, I would still favor it because I think being afraid of not being able to play is one of the reasons players aren't too toxic in HL.
