Tinfoil theory based on NA/EU infographic. Why are the # of T9 horses and PEN enhances almost identical? Can there be a set # of PEN or T9 horses a day?

From the data we got from the infographic

NA :105 T9 horses

Eu:106 T9 horses

NA::630 PEN enhaces

EU:629 PEN enhances.

Now it might be a coincidence, but the chances of 2 numbers lining up is incredibly low and taking into account the large population difference AND pet differences which indicates NA having at least 20% more players.

How is it possible for the numbers to line up that well?

Do you think there is a cap on PEN enhances or T9 horses?

For those saying its rng, based on quick morning napkin math with the increase of 20% players and assuming a 2% PEN chance the chance of it occuring TWICE for horses and PEN is .2%. If anyone want to calculate the exact chance feel free

I'll attempt to replicate it myself but as a complete novice it'll probably take me several hours so I was hoping someone could help.

This seems like s strange coincidence. Days since nov 15 is 107 when kama part 2 came out and the horses are 105NA and 106 EU

Laptop for bdo?

Not going to be home for a while and I need a good laptop to play bdo. Don't want to run it on max just need low-medium graphics on bdo with 60fps if possible. Or just something that will hold on in node wars with low graphics I guess and playable fps.. Also will the laptop Even survive being in bdo almost 24/7? If I want to leave the game afk and etc.. Any suggestions? For around 1k$

So I'm a Valk main and thought about switching to Sorc because I want to go a more ap depending role than an dp role and I'm fascinated by the awakening. I got one shotted with a decent amount of dp and wondered how the f*ck that could happen.
