| The best story you will hear from day-z Posted: 01 Mar 2018 11:48 AM PST So the year is 2016 and I'm playing day-z stand alone and I am on teamspeak to my buddy's from the Netherlands and I am from Scotland and can hear that one of them is being held up with no weapon and when we go to find the guy he has ran away . Later on in the same server I find a guy with no ammo In his gun and hold him up to only find out he is from Scotland aswell , we become friends on the server and got him on my teamspeak to find out he was the guy who held up my team mate but he explained he has no ammo and was just bluffing hence why he ran away as he was only playing by himself . I then became very good friends with this guy to find out he lives only 15miles up the road from me so I add him on Facebook and see that his fiancé is infact my friends cousin but my friend was not friends with this guy as of this moment . He then invited me and my friend to his for a drink and we go up and then it came to me that the only reason I'm sat in this room right now is because I decided not to pull the trigger on a virtual game in a random server. | Posted: 01 Mar 2018 04:22 PM PST So i've been following the "growth" of the game since early 2014. Back then it was a really cool concept but lacked refinement. Four years on this game is pretty much where it was (unplayable, boring, broken, full of bugs). And now they announce a console version? Of what? You don't have a pc version first of all. Not one that could be considered a proper product, nowhere near. So my question is, who has been feeding a team of developers for YEARS that are making stupid decisions and little to no progress? Who and why is investing into this bloated sheep corpse of a game? Ty for answer and good luck in further developement.
