Seriously a 5-10 second 360 of each skin is enough for me, maybe show the ability effects and thats that.

And as an aside, if I never see another edgy warrior skin again, I wouldnt even notice it. They are super generic to me.

'Bloodfiend' He Bo - Skin Concept

Hi everyone. I've been absent from these activities for quite some months now, as I've been busy with other projects. But I'm back! And planning on doing concepts on a more regular basis. This time, I bring you a concept that I had in mind for a really long time. Blood Fiend He Bo is a vampire with mastery over blood magic, whose goal is amassing power by draining the blood of his victims, and adding to his ritual blood pool, from which he draws power.

For this skin, the water on He Bo's abilities would be tinted bloody dark red, and with the overall effects remaining the same, with the following differences: Water Cannon - He Bo would spit the attack, rather than using his hands; Atlas of The Yellow River - Would be cast through the ground mimicking the way a liquid runs down a wall; Waterspout - Remains the same; Crushing Wave - Would have He Bo's likeness shaped in blood, on front of the wave, mouth open wide and with a menacing expression. Enemies killed with this ability shoud disappear, rather than leaving the body behind, as if they were absorved by He Bo.

Would anyone be interested in a "Ultimate God Voice Pack?"

I hate getting voice packs from crates, especially when it's a 300 Gem crate. Would a "Ultimate God Voice Pack" be a viable option for Hi-Rez and would it benefit us, the community? Maybe charge $25-$30 for it and you get every God Voice Pack in the game as well as all future Gods? I think I would be more inclined to purchase that than purchase a bunch of voice packs for 200 gems or get unlucky and get one from a 300 Gem crate. Maybe this is just a horrible idea as well. But, I think something needs to be done with these voice packs and crates.

Thoughts?

Sorry that the video and audio quality isn't the best but I just wanted to document some interesting interactions with Achilles' Ult.

An unexpected interaction is one in which Achilles gets an ult reset even though he does not get a 'successful' kill. Naturally, an expected interaction is one in which he does not get a reset because he did not get a successful kill.

Achilles' Ult Flavor Text:

Achilles winds up a large attack and dashes forward. While dashing, Achilles will pass through minions, stop and hit the first enemy god he encounters, dealing damage to all he hits. If the god is below 30% Health they are Executed. If Achilles successfully Executes a god with this ability, he can use it again, up to 5 times.

As Achilles successfully Executes his enemies, he becomes more reckless in combat and leaves his heel exposed. Achilles will become more susceptible to damage, stacking up to 5 times.

  • 0:49 Ravana (With his 2); unexpected interaction
  • 1:17 Aphrodite (with her ult); expected interaction
  • 1:33 Aphrodite (with her ult, again); expected interaction

  • 2:39 Kumbhakarna (with his passive); very unexpected interaction (5 resets WTF)
  • 3:14 Chiron (in his ult); expected interaction
  • 4:02 Sol (in her 3); expected interaction
  • 4:22 Fafnir (going into dragon); expected(?) interaction [timing is off]
  • 4:44 Fafnir (coming out of dragon); expected interaction
  • 4:59 Fafnir (going into dragon, again); expected(?) interaction [timing is off]
  • 5:19 Morrigan (bodyblock with her 3); expected interaction
  • 5:47 Morrigan (normally); expected interaction
  • 6:17 Aegis; expected interaction
  • 6:27 Morrigan transformed as Achilles; expected interaction

Other important notes:

  • For the interactions that are unexpected, he does not get a stack from the ult, indicating that the ult should have failed even though he gets a reset.

  • For the Morrigan decoy, he does not get stacks from his ult or a reset. (which is a good thing)

I've been begging for Achilles to be released for years now. I've posted about it a few times on Reddit. Usually people would reply with "no he's not an actual god, it doesn't make sense" and I would reply with Medusa isn't either. I loved the movie Troy and have always been interested in the Trojan War. I also happen to main solo, as currently possibly the top solo laner on Xbox smite, I will promise to play Achilles until my thumbs bleed. Any opposing player including Achilles himself will be punished and subdued in a manner they have never before seen. I solemnly promise to achieve 3 penta kills with his execute in my first game. Yes I'm exaggerating but I promise I will not stop playing Achilles until I'm perma banned for ruining smite. I will tip the scales of balance in ways of which it has never been tipped. The gods of the nether will beg for my forgiveness. Thank you again HR, quite simply, for saving my life. -Achilles
