The trend in the past week or two of Unsealed Spellbook is a symptom of this problem. All the combat keystones have been nerfed and don't feel very effectual or unique, so why not just get the guaranteed effectiveness of a massive summoner CDR reduction and the ability to hot-swap to fit the situation?

Except now Spellbook is getting massively nerfed and it begs the question: Where will Keystones be in a few months? They were supposed to be corner-stones of our play styles and instead we get these tiny effects that don't feel good to use. When I make a Runepage for a champion I'm not asking myself "What keystone is strongest for this situation?" I'm asking myself "What sucks less here?"

Don't get me wrong, I know both are huge problems in the game but as a toxic player myself, I have NEVER inted or trolled in a game. I type complaining about stuff but I want to win too bad to throw.

Shouldn't toxic players be perma muted so they are unable to type but still able to play? I honestly have tried to control myself when typing and it's very hard, I would rather lose the ability to type than be banned from my favorite game. I have friends that are the same.

Maybe Riot could put this into consideration?

I am way less toxic when I have chat restriction because I know I only have a few messages to use. Maybe a permanent chat restriction?

Obviously win rate is not everything, however for an adc that is supposed to scale, starting at the highest winrate ADC (54%) before 25 minutes to dropping down to one of the lowest win rate ADCs at 10th (50%) place after 40 minutes.

I really liked the animation style of the teaser so far, so the hype is real. Really excited to see riot do another long cinematic, as A New Dawn was sick. Even better, I really like that this is focused on lore and can really bring these stories to life.

Actually this can work on any champion.

So, you RQ in 5 people as Vayne, die, they take baron and close the game? You flame your team for not following you! Not this time! This time, you say "I guess I shouldn't engage with Vayne" and try do it better next game!

Or you went in as Malphite, got 5 knockups and nobody was there to follow up? Flame your mid for farming top side! Actually no, maybe you should have checked whether your team is ready and stacked to fight, and whether they know you will engage. Perhaps ping it, or tell them next time and see the difference!

Hey, this is my Shyvana cosplay. A hard project for a first armor making but I had a crush on this half-dragon :3 Her role play is really fun (poor children are affraid xD) and outfit was cool to make.

2018/02/01 12:00nn - 2018/02/07 12:00nn

Transfer (Garena Shells, the currency used by all Garena games) into RP, at the end of the event, you will be rewarded based on your position on the ranking list, including extra RP, mystery skins and Hextech Chests. All summoners who joined this event will get a "7 days XP boost".
Accounts that have never gained RP before will get a free "Huntress Sivir" skin, and will have a chance to select one in the four rewards.

There's also one thing that is interesting in the footnotes:

The top 6 in the rankings can choose skins from all skins that had been sold in the past, and a couple of event-exclusive skins.

At this point I think that this is straight-up bullshit.

Garena is skewing the financial model that Riot servers is using in terms of micro transactions and RP, and is basically turning their servers into a money mining machine. It is turning into one of those payment based smartphone games.

I understand that not many redditors care about Garena servers in general, nor do many redditors play on those servers, but still, I hope to bring attention to the League of Legends community that Garena servers are becoming less and less bearable, and hope that if one day, if Riot asks the community their opinion about them regaining the operation rights of the servers, please stand on our side.

Sorry if my English is bad, but I just wanna cry right now.

Also, I would like to clarify that, if my interpretation is correct, you need to spend money to buy RP (or transfer Garena Shells to RP, which you need to pay for, which basically means the same thing) DURING the event period in order to join the event, or to get any reward at all. This event does not count back to day 1 of account creation or history.
