Sound problems

Looking for help. No matter what I do I can't get sound to play in dayz. It works fine for every other application ( YouTube, spotify). I can hear sound at the main menu but when I load into servers all sound stops. I've tried different servers and uninstalled and reinstalled the game.

I can't play due to this bug I get whenever I try to launch DayZ. Does anyone know a permanent fix to it? I've tried several different options but including reinstaling the game, getting rid of everything old etcc.. and still I can't play
