343 has to get Halo 6 right. They have to realize people have been fed up with Halo since they took over. I have been much more lax than lots of people, but if I am to keep up my positivity, they can't screw up this next one.

I don't play Halo much but lately I've been on a kick playing multiplayer and been having fun. I am a cause guy and love playing Super Fiesta.

So anyway I got done playing a game of Fiesta when I get a message from a guy named DeadlyKarma744. He isn't on my friends list and I instantly think it's some smart ass GG message from the losing team.

So I open it up and it says he sent me a gift Req pack. I was confused because I was looking at my request pack screen when he sent it but it didn't show I had a waiting pack. So I scroll to the "my pack" screen and sure enough there is a gold pack waiting for me. I honestly couldn't believe it. Just some random stranger decided to send me a req pack for whatever reason. And it was a hellvua reward too. I got the Boom Co skin I've wanted forever.

I promptly sent him a thank you message telling him how cool it was of him to send the pack. And then played a few more games thinking I could get some req cards to gift him a gold pack back but it says you can only gift for money and not req points. Sadly I am broke so I couldn't do it. So I figured coming here and giving the guy some recognition was the best I could do to show my gratitude.

Thanks again DeadlyKarma744. You are a gentleman and a scholar.

Brad Sams, guy scooped a lot of the scorpio stuff and original elite controller...says next gen halo has loot boxes but msft is currently re-evaluating how they are implemented after EA screwed up royally.

Theory: Precursor bodies are vessels

I'm an insane fan of the Precursors, and have dug them since they've been introduced. The Precursors are the most powerful species in the Halo Universe. Their history is over 100 billion years old (predating the Universe), they've created the most powerful technology in the Universe (including the Domain which precedes the Universe), and they created life across the cosmos. In the Forerunner Saga, we meet the Primordial (the most powerful character in Halo) a Precursor who survived his people being killed by the Forerunners. As his body is destroyed by the IsoDidact in Primordium, we learned in Mythos that the Primordial took over the Gravemind. So the Gravemind since then has been the Primordial, seeking revenge for his species. In Silentium, Forthencho speaks with the Librarian about them, saying they are able to take on any form, dying away and being reborn again in different bodies. I believe that the Precursors' physical forms are just vessels for them to inhabit. They are not bound to the physical universe like their created species. I believe when they turned their biological forms to dust, they were going to inhabit their original bodies (as said in the novels). Instead of their original forms to inhabit, a new species sprung from too much time of waiting. Remember, the Flood is a new species that sprung from the Precursors' DNA, the Flood is not Precursors. One thing that does conflict with this argument is what the Primordial says to the Ur-Didact. He says at the end of Cryptum, "We meet again, young one. I am the last of those who gave you breath and shape and form, millions of years ago. I am the last of those your kind rose up against and ruthlessly destroyed. I am the last Precursor. And our answer is at hand." Yeah, this kind of goes against my theory. If their bodies are just avatars, why would the Primordial says he's the last of his people and be so bent on revenge? He would know they would inhabit bodies later on. I think he was the last Precursor in the Milky Way to inhabit a body. The argument can be is that he was lying to the Didact, as he's the master manipulator. Yes, there's other arguments against my theory, but I think this idea would be really cool for them. They are the gods of the Halo Universe, and this would make sense for them.

Does new Eurogamer article lead to more credence to Klobrille's leak?

Here's an interesting article from Eurogamer about Microsoft bringing Fable back. The leak by Klobrille said that Microsoft was planning on bringing Fable back and the game would be made by a UK developer, and it turns out that Microsoft has tasked Playground to make the game. Not to jump to conclusions, but this guy was spot on, and I honestly won't be shocked if he's spot on with what he said about Halo. I think we'll see a couple things at E3 this year: we'll get a 1st look at a spin-off coming out this year as well as a teaser trailer for Halo 6 releasing in Fall next year.

Can people please stop joining games just to betray teammates?

I'm really getting tired of the nonsense of players betraying each other for literally no reason. Sometimes right at the start, shots in the back. Sometimes I grab camo, shots to the back. Sometimes I'll grab the power weapon, grenades at my feet followed by AR. So what if you didn't get your way, what's the point of playing if other people don't get to have fun too? Please just play the game and be nice to other people, is that really so much to ask?

Edit: I can't spell camo without autocorrect.
