Are all NPC license plates unique?

Posted: 17 Jan 2018 05:08 PM PST

I don't really try to memorize every license plate on vehicles in this game to remember if they are unique or not. Has anyone seen an NPC vehicle with the exact same license plate as another one?

I was flying around and crashed into another stealthed Akula. We then lumbered around like a couple of sky whales without firing a shot.

[PC] Easy 1 Person Missions to Solo

Posted: 17 Jan 2018 02:40 PM PST

After playing with a few low levels tonight, I realised a lot of people don't play missions or have trouble finding a lot of them. So I've made a quick 16 Mission Playlist for low levels which can easily be solo'd on hard (with the 3 golden rules - take cover, let your health regen to half before eating snacks, eat snacks).

Playlist is here.

List is as follows:

1) Editor and Thief 2) Blow Up 2
3) Death Metal
4) All in the Game
5) No Hay Bronca
6) Flood in the LS River
7) Lost MC RIP
8) El Burro Heists
9) Holed Up - Burton 10) Check Out Time
11) Pier Pressure
12) Water the Vineyard
13) Deal Breaker
14) Turbine Carbine
15) Lost My Mind
16) A Titan of a Job

Generally speaking, a sniper rifle with an advanced scope will help you out no end here, and an armoured Kuruma is basically cheating. But they're fun missions with a few different ways of tackling them in most cases. It's a fun playlist to run with friends too, and I think all of the missions are open to anyone level 30+. Average takehome is about 7k for each mission depending on how long they take you to do.

Hope people find this useful!

Also, if anyone has any links to the 'special mission' playlists (i.e. Coveted, etc.) which are only accessible by driving to them on the map at certain times, I'd appreciate one for the PC seen as I've lost all of those missions in the jump to PC from 360.

Which should I do next

Posted: 17 Jan 2018 01:07 PM PST

So I'm a mostly free to play gtao player and trying to get lots of money really fast, because I found myself enthralled by the really expensive vehicles. Presently I have an MC with a weed farm (staff upgrade), and the base office and 16 crate warehouse with a gun locker. I have all the cars I want, the Kuruma and Hakuchou, and Zentorno to round things out with a fancy af addition. I'm rank 69 and running the special cargo missions for cash, going up a bit at a time. I also usually work alone as my friends aren't often on. Any advice, what to get next (Facility/Car Garage/etc)?

What to buy

Posted: 17 Jan 2018 11:29 AM PST

I have the oppressor, a bunker and a karuma. I really want an air vehicle but idk whether to buy a hanger to customize some awsome planes or just buy a hydra or buzzard. I am also thinking of getting a vigilante or deluxo. What should I get first?

Question about stunt ramps and director mode

Posted: 17 Jan 2018 03:02 PM PST

How the fuck am I supposed to be able to go down this huge ass ramp if there's no option to set spawn points in directors mode? Am I supposed to just fucking look at it?

Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack worth it in my case? More below.

Posted: 17 Jan 2018 10:53 AM PST

I already have Maze Bank West, a vehicle warehouse, and a cocaine business. I'm mainly interested in the bunker, counterfeit money, and cars. Is it worth it even though I already have some businesses. P.S. I only have the free Elegy RH8's now because I sold my Zentorno, Hijak Khamelion, and 3 comets to get my vehicle warehouse. Thanks!

What are some reasons to get the game again?

Posted: 17 Jan 2018 03:56 PM PST

I had it almost a year ago on PS4. I want to get it but not sure if it's worth it. So what are some reasons to do so?

What are some mandatory vehicles to invest in prior to starting Doomsday Heist?

Posted: 17 Jan 2018 03:20 PM PST

Not mandatory per se but don't wanna go into a knife fight with a popsicle stick. I am a rank 64 and currently just own a high end apt and Kuruma. I have about 1.1 mil saved up and just gonna keep making money but unsure outside of the facility and deluxo what to buy before diving into Heist. If it matters this is for the Xbox One.

GTAV taught me how to drive

Posted: 17 Jan 2018 02:30 AM PST

Not gonna lie I was a late bloomer and no one ever taught me how to drive and it wasn't until rockstar officially made driving more realistic that I was able to drive irl more proficient

Seriously using a controller my whole time driving gave me better control on my turning and acceleration

If it wasn't for GTAV physics I'd probably be one of those people who push too hard on the gas and take turns like a mad man

How much money would you say is "enough" in Online?

Posted: 17 Jan 2018 06:35 AM PST

Recently re-bought GTA 5 for my Xbox One after playing on 360 since 2013 then jumping over to PC in 2015 and having pretty much everything by mid 2017 when i stopped playing. So now i have to completely restart and seeing as modded accounts aren't possible on Xbox/PS4 i'm probably just going to buy shark cards so how much would you guys say is a good amount to have to be able to be well off and making money? With all the new DLC's that have come out and me not playing i don't really know how much i will need to be up and running again.

Thanks :)
