Is it just me, or are chest rewards bugged again?

I've noticed that the total amount of XP I get from chests is not nearly as much as I used to get. I understand that chests can "crit" and give double rewards, but I believe this is not the case.

For instance, I recall around Christmas time getting about 3-5k XP from a mission with a single XP reward in a level 40 mission such as RtL or FtS with a level 4-6 chest. The past few days, however, I have done all of the above mentioned, but now I only get about 2k XP. With mutliple XP rewards, I never get above 1k XP.

I thought this was just an issue with my commander XP level, so I hopped up to a level 46 mission, but the same outcome occurs. Is anyone else noticing this?

Afk people in PVE

I'm tired of having to defend things between 2 or 3 people while 1 create a pyramid and stay afk the whole game. That's starting to be more and more usual every day, 1 of each 3-4 games (I'm at 61 power) have that kind of people. And THERE'S NOTHING WE CAN DO TO STOP THEM.

They keep joining games, being afk since the start, getting the points and reward just doing nothing.

EPIC YOU NEED TO FIX THIS.

Hey, this is part of my campaign to get Epic Games support to notice on social media that they have disabled my paid account both without cause and without any communication as to why. I'm sorry to take everyone's time, but emailing support has accomplished absolutely nothing for over a week and I'm left with no other recourse than to try to get noticed on social media.

Did someone hack into my account? Did their buggy game screw something up again? I don't even know that they know why my account was disabled, as I haven't gotten any communication about it. What I do know is that I did not flame anyone, I did not cheat, and I did nothing that should enable them to steal from me.

So devs, message me. Please.

--UPDATE-- So apparently epic didn't like my username. They just emailed me and said to provide alternate names.

Picked this up a few nights ago and could use some input on it. So far it's been quite enjoyable and has done its job well. That said, not in a place where malachite is reasonable to get yet.

The cut off level 25 bonus is - +10% weapon damage (Energy) - Causes affliction damage for 6 seconds. Changes damage type to Energy.

Honestly have a feeling that this will be with me for a long time to come, just wish I was in a better place resource wise.

Seriously. They shouldn't cause this much trouble. I've completely stopped progressing because I've been stuck on this mission so long.

Either I complete the siphon but my team bails on the main objective because they got the mats they need, or someone activates the siphon before I've finished building my defenses. My favorite is when someone activates it when I've just got a couple of walls up, then runs away. This has happened maybe five or six times in the last two days.

I've been stuck on it for a week now, even though I have no problem completing the three stages of the siphon. With no mic and no friends that play Fortnite, I'm about to fucking uninstall. I didn't realize how unfun this game can become when you're not progressing.

Sorry just needed to complain for a minute.

Edit: Everyone here is awesome. I'm gonna hit some of you up on Xbox later tonight. My gt is ceate.

PSA: Blitzen Base Kyle, post-patch 2.1.0

As mentioned in the patch notes, his base (with lvl30 perk unlocked) now properly heals teammates. As not mentioned, 2 main new things.

1.) His base prior to patch healed for for a base of 30. It now heals for a base of 15, effectively cutting his healing to half of what it was.

2.)HOWEVER, his base also now applies a tic of healing immediately when stepped on. This means that you can 'edge' (step on and off a connected tile) his base to heal at a significantly faster rate than before.

a.)One of the silly things you can do with this. Build stairs. Stand on top of stairs just below the end of it. Spam jump. (imagine that wherever he has buildings his heal occupies that cube, when you first touch the edge of that cube you get the heal)

PS: Just for clarification, the tooltip on his 'Base M.D.' perk is wrong. It does not heal base 1 (it is base 15 as mentioned above) and it DOES NOT heal 2% max HP(it just doesn't). Have fun!

Lok's Book of Monsters: Floating Freaks - Bug?

Hi all, I've had this quest for like 1 month and I've killed about 500 shielders yet not one have dropped a piece of data. The mist monsters drop data but the shielders do not. Anyone else getting this bug? It's a shame because its 100 Vbucks :(.

Remove the tile restriction on the teleporter

I was thinking it might be a good idea to use the teleporter to effectively make use of the boost nodes. These nodes however are mostly always on the other side of the map from the objective and a teleporter can only work up to 15tiles away from eachother. I'm a constructor and thought ide grab the build boost to help building speed but it took me 3min just to walk, sorry run, back to the shelter. I'm thinking using my banner as a respawn and slotting my weapons and jumping off the map would be better at this point.

[BUG] Are you serious, this isn't fixed yet?

I am actually really pissed about this. So what, because this is only effecting Save The World, you guys ignore it? I'd rant and cuss and twist off, but there's no point.

I play Fortnite with several friends. We all paid for Save The World. We don't play BR, except randomly for fun.

We now can't play together.

Why, you ask? Simple. We can't do our dailies with each other.

Here is what happens.

I start a game, I have Daily Propane Tanks. Easy enough, go into Industrial! BAM! Propane tanks. Two random people join. One needs propane tanks. ... He kills them. No credit. I get credit. What?

Let me clarify even further.

I join a game in progress. I need propane tanks. I literally zone into the game, and there's a propane RIGHT THERE in front of me. But it's not highlighted. So I whack it. Still 0/10. Great.

I now cannot play WITH OTHER PEOPLE if I want to do my dailies. I have to chain-start a mission until I am the creator of the game lobby. So I now can't play with friends, I can't play with others, I pretty much have to solo and then pray whoever joins joined because they want the quest rewards and NOT need any daily stuff.

And here's the kicker. It's been happening since around Christmas.

WHAT THE HELL, FORTNITE?!

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

Thanks for reading. I'm done playing this game until this is fixed. I appreciate you taking the time to peruse my post, random Redditor.
