These save DOTA 2 Custom Game bots are ruining custom games. Posted: 13 Jan 2018 09:45 AM PST Whoever is running this site has a bunch of bots who are hoping into custom game lobbies and never readying up, just posting that Valve doesn't care about custom games. They have made a number of us inable to play matches because there are a legion of them. If I had a ton of friends online I could just make a private lobby, but this is ridiculous. Anyone have any more info on these guys and how we can fight back as a community against these bots? From LOL to dota2 as a support main, wtf do I even do Posted: 13 Jan 2018 07:03 AM PST I tried some guides but this game is so... complex I can't really find the answers to all my questions 1) At which rate should I buy wards ? Because theorically speaking if i'm the only one buying them, I could last an entire game just buying wards and nothing else, but I suppose this is not really efficient (even though i won my last game like that, go figure) Or maybe it's a good strategy when the enemy team is invisible heavy ? 2) Should I literally just f** off the lane while the carry farms and just poke/engage when needed so all the XP gets to him ? One guy told me I was stealing XP evne though I was just chilling in the lane next to him like a normal support so i'm very confused 3) What even is the support's lane ? Sometimes people tell me to go top, sometimes bot so i don't even know anymore (yeah i know its not bot and top but you get me anyway) Are they just being sillies or is there something i dont get 4) Nothing to do with supporting but why is everyone so toxic on this game, i'm literally level 12 and everyone is more toxic than tyler1 already submitted by /u/Maelos123 [link] [comments]

Favorite support (either pos 4 or 5) Posted: 13 Jan 2018 03:39 AM PST Ive been playing dota for 2168 hours now and I kinda regret tha for 90% of that time I was a carry/mid kid. I got tired of having to argue with people all the time so I can get carry and rightclick for 50 minutes so I switched to a role that almost nobody wants so the queues get less stressing about whether or not we get a supp and honestly its even more fun than carry. I like bane and shadow demon the most, SD for the potentional damage (that never actually happens in practice though) and bane for the insane CC, damage and one of the best debuffs in the game.
