Or at least discount it a bit, and give more people some incentive to get the game, and build a community. I haven't played in a few months but I only remember a few playlists being populated.

I've seen posts on here already in regards to it. But I would fucking hate if the next main Halo title required you to pay extra to enjoy the full game. Hell, that would probably be the end of gaming for me. So let there always be pressure for 343i to make a top quality game that we can fully enjoy with the price we pay for the game itself!

Hi there! Back in the day, i was not there. When Halo came out first, i was a child, only NES was in my hands. Now i have an Xbox One, and i bought the game (MCC), it was not cheap in my country, but at least its unopened, fresh, and i love the smell of new games (wat).

I read a few topics about Halo is getting lower and lower in quality in the last few years, and people started to forget about the series, because of problems the new developers made. Its sad to hear that, i thought im gonna join into a great series with starting Halo games, but hey: It all comes down to personal preferences, so im gonna play ALL OF THE Halo games (except halo wars, and the spartan assault thing). For example, as i read Halo 5 is not really popular and considered one of the worst Halo campaigns ever, but when im watching a video about the gameplay, im just stunned, looks so freakin awesome. Basically, i dont have any partiality about Halo, dont have any nostalgic feeling, so maybe i can rate the game absolutely freely, not tied to memories and stuff. Yesterday i finished HALO CE!

And damn, i loved it. The graphics, the artwork (mostly played in the new HD graphics, but i switched a lot to see how it looked like in the past, got an achievment for that too. :P), the weapons, and the enemies were so fun to use or kill. Halo is from 2001, and its a fresh experience compared to modern first person shooters. The story was not a big thing, but i feel its gonna be great in future installments, and i really loved Cortana. MasterChief doesnt had any personality at all, but i liked him as it is, he is just badass, love playing characters like that. And holy shht...holy shhh..it. The music. Incredible! Even so, i felt the first part of the campaign is much better than the second half. Stages like the Library was mind numbingly boring, repetitive, the stage design was one of the worst map thing i ever see in a video game, and im not overreacting. Two Betrayals was a reverse version of another stage, a reverse version of a horrible, boring stage! I was shocked how they even come up with this in 2001, games like Red Faction had great maps and variety, Halo didnt have that. Weapons are great, but you didnt get anything new after a while, and enemy types are scarce too, even with 2001 standards. Some action sequences were drawn out too long, without any purpose.

So yeah, it was not a perfect experience. When i reached a part of Two Betrayals, i almost gaved up and stopped the game, but i was strong, and finished that too. HALO CE has a few problems like i mentioned, but overall, i just loved it, felt like im a part of an adventure, and thats great. Today im gonna start Halo 2. :P

343, please fix the gamma in the MCC update

MCC has a weird issue that causes both H3 and H4 to have a higher gamma setting than the original games. It basically means the game is brighter and more washed out. It can greatly affect the atmosphere of certain maps, and also makes the UI and HUD harder to read, as well as making the game look worse overall. Unlike those games however, MCC does not have a gamma setting, meaning that the only way you can bring back the colour is through TV settings, which is undesirable.

I think it's especially important because one of the major reasons for MCC is to have the games look nicer. Especially considering the whole point of an X patch is again to make the game look nicer... I would love to see this addressed in the patch.

So I'm thinking of paying for Xbox Gold but in reality all I'd really play is Halo online!

Is it quick and easy to find games? Mind you I'm in Perth, Western Australia, where a lot of online games are sadly dead (titanfall 2 for example), so I'd like to know i can actually play games online before buying anything.

Master Chief Collection Split Screen Question

Hey guys! This might be a dumb question, but this is my first time owning an xbox so I need a little help.

I was trying to play split screen multiplayer for the master chief collection, but the game wouldn't let me. It says my xbox live settings have to be changed to allow that happen, but I when I mess around in the settings, nothing I change can get it to work.

What exactly do I need to change to get it to work?
