Dead Ghosts in D2? Posted: 30 Nov 2017 01:59 AM PST There are no dead ghosts to collect in D2 like in D1. Terrible decision in my opinion. Having something to collect and a reason to explore the world is great! Additionally, it seems so easy to put an in-game codex in as well. Just copy the mass effect codex, call it the "Grimoire" tab in the menu, and bam! A good lore system. Add little lore tidbits when dead ghosts are collected, exotic weapons are aquired, bosses are defeated, etc. This seems like such a small thing to implement, that also will have a big impact that PvE, collectionists, and lore fans will love!
