Can we get a cancel button or progress bar for community servers? Posted: 07 Dec 2017 01:33 AM PST I know Valve does not really care about community servers and this problem exists since forever but a change would be really nice. I think you all know the problem when you want to jump in a community game (especially surf) only to be stuck in the loading screen downloading trails, effects and the mandatory anime skins for at least 5 minutes. Currently the only way to abort the download is to go to the task manager and kill the csgo.exe. This is so frustrating and consumes much time. If Volvo could add a progress bar we would at least know how much time it will take to finish downloading and do something else while it loads.
