We've been working on a reproduction case for the loot bag freeze bug, and we've finally found the cause of the bug: If you open a bag and switch between the Name, Heavist First and Custom sorting options, the game will freeze when you start removing items. This also happens when clicking "Take All". So long as you don't use the sorting filters you should be fine when you take items from a loot bag As we are unable to go through a full patch cycle before the Christmas break this will not be hotfixed before January. As a final note: it's incredibly helpful for us if you're as precise in your bug reporting as possible. Just saying "My game freezes when I use loot bags, please help" doesn't give us much to go on, but providing us with more detailed, step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the bug/crash in question is incredibly helpful! We understand that it's frustrating when these kinds of bugs appear, but the more information we can get the sooner we can put together a fix.
