I Honestly Would Not Mind A Breath Of The Wild 2 Posted: 21 Nov 2017 07:07 PM PST Graphics wise & gameplay wise at least (with tweaks ofc). Splash in some of that old but juicy Zelda formula into the new world and you will have yourself an amazing successor to botw. Disclaimer: Open to discussion, take this as my opinion. Help! Can't find this Flash video of Yuga and Link? Posted: 22 Nov 2017 03:55 AM PST It's literally just the moment when Yuga turns to meet Link for the first time. Over and over. Like Yuga keeps saying "hmm" and turning around with various stupid faces. At the end, Link says "sick." Please help me find this pointless video. This has been a dream of mine since yesterday [link] [comments] |
Little question about the game Posted: 22 Nov 2017 10:11 AM PST Hi! I can't really afford a Switch, but ive been dying to play BOTW, how does its wii-u version fare? Is there less content and less crisp? [link] [comments] |

I had a idea for a story or just a game in general Posted: 22 Nov 2017 07:52 AM PST So this story would work somewhat like sonic generations. This would take place after BoTW and it would be named something like "the daggar of space" The daggar would be able to cut a hole in the space time continueum in which case would allow each link (and ganon) to travel to the recent hyrule. This would mean that every link would meet up in the BoTW hyrule. Now they wouldn't be in their art style, so toon link would look more like a child from BoTW. So every ganon would kinda fuse into like a mega ganon that would match the power of calamity ganon. I just thought of this so i kinda wanted opinions on it. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 21 Nov 2017 05:52 PM PST I think the last time the Zelda franchise had a major overhaul was with Oot when the 2d to 3d transition was made. After that came Majora's Mask, which was a cool wrinkle to Ocarina, but the formula stayed practically the same after that: explore a world to find dungeons that have specific items used to solve puzzles, get a new sword, fight final boss. Even Skyward Sword only changed up the combat and not much else. Given how BotW was to make, do you think we'll see a similar pattern of minimal deviation for the next few Zelda games, or do you guys think Nintendo will try to do it again with another huge jump? edit: also, this sub should get more flairs [link] [comments] |

Posted: 21 Nov 2017 10:52 AM PST This dumb guardian won't follow me. I'm trying to get it to follow me on the beach to the girl with the key ball named Roscoe, but every time I get him just a bit close he starts walking BACK, only coming forward if I walk towards him. If I run away he goes back. I can't get him to get to the girl. Has anyone else experienced this? [link] [comments] |

Brainstorming: Design your own talent/progression system for the next Zelda game. Posted: 21 Nov 2017 06:06 PM PST I was thinking about what I would want in a BoTW successor, and I thought I would really like a talent system to reward combat. For instance, I would divide the world into 3 regions: the regions of power, wisdom, and courage. If you defeat an enemy, you will be given a monster part that is unique to that specific region. When you reach a city/town/cauldron, you are able to spend your monster parts and will be able to earn a new talent point once you reach a certain threshold. Like many RPGs, I would also have a unique talent tree for each region. All talents are permanent and persist even when you are in a different region. Tree of power: Theme of increased combat potency Branch 1: Gain a chance to earn a duplicate item when looting ingredients in the region of power
Branch 2: Increased attack power
Branch 3: Reduced physical damage taken
Tree of Wisdom: Theme of improved inventory management Branch 1: Gain a chance to loot a duplicate item when looting ingredients in the region of wisdom
Branch 2: Reduces rate at which weapons break
Branch 3: Reduces prices when buying. Increases prices when selling.
Tree of courage: Theme of easier exploration Branch 1: Gain a chance to loot a duplicate ingredient when looting in the region of courage
Branch 2: Reduces rate at which stamina wheel depletes
Branch 3: Increases resilience to extreme heat or cold
This is just my own rough draft/concept. Would you like to see something similar to this in the next Zelda? Do you have your own ideas? [link] [comments] |
