My guild just had its first trial run, and we finished it. We did nAA and i actually didn't get to participate till the end since a few people went to sleep and i stepped in.

Regardless, i was on voice coms with them the whole time. We had a real mishmash of people in our group honestly, but hey, after 3 long hours we finally made it work!

I don't know why, but I'm honestly just really proud of them, it was such a liberating experience to best that trial, I'm already ready for another(in the morning though because it's late :p)

But anyways, just wanted to congratulate my Twinlaw guildies on our first successfully completed trial!

[PC] New player asking a few questions about the end game

Hi guys,

I have a few questions regarding end game. I just hit CP 160 and I'm having troubling finding some answers. I'm just gonna list my q's here:

  1. I'm playing as stamina NB and all the guides state I should be a vampire. If I become one can I finish my quests with the fighters guild? When is the ideal point to become a vampire?

  2. Is it possible to change the appearance of items after they are crafted (I mean the style and not the colors)? Or do I have to be really careful choosing a style?

  3. Do I need to level all my crafting skills to 50 or can I get end game equipment without crafting?

  4. Where can I find good pvp builds for the arena (4v4)?

[Discussion] Should I make one character for all my crafting?

I have recently discovered that Motifs are not account-wide(are they planning to make them account wide?) and have been told to make sure one characters can do Tailoring, Wood Working, and Blacksmithing at the same time. Is this smart or unnecessary? I kind of like each of my characters having their own crafting.

Also is any class best for being a crafter?

I'm coming back after a long hiatus, just want to know what would be the better class to go for, Stamblade or magblade. I'm currently running magblade, but I am not too adverse to respeccing. I mostly want to do vet dungeons and trials.

Also, if anyone has sets for either class that would be optimal, I would appreciate it greatly.

Noob here, just bought the game a week ago, been fucking around a bit, getting to grips, just made my argonian magicka based Warden tank, it may not matter as I'll only be playing PvE content as I'm on console and non of my friends own this game, but what staff will I want to use? Will I be lacking in damage as a warden tank? I hear frost staffs taunt on heavy attacks too which is good, or do I want the sustainability that the resto staff tree will offer me, as well as the magicka back on heavy attack.

Just bought the Tamriel edition. Only other Elder Scrolls I've played is Skyrim. I have played a few others mmo's, namely ffxi, ffxiv And a Little wow. Kind of bought this on a whim, what should I expect solo and multiplayer wise?

Filling character slots?

So I've been playing ESO for two weeks and enjoy it immensely and found out that thing that will take me the longest to train is riding, so why not create alts and start this process already? And here comes the question how to fill it up and if you agree with my current choices, I like min maxing but rather have as many races chosen as possible (no Imperial tough - saving coins for merchant/banker). So far I got:

  • DK Redguard - main Stamina DD
  • Sorcerer Altmer - Magicka
  • Nightblade Khajit - Stamina
  • Templar Argonian - tank/healer
  • Warden Orc

I've heard many positives about Magicka nightblade so I think Breton fills the niche pretty nice. I guess there won't be another class coming anytime soon so that leaves me with two more spots. I really enjoy playing DK and Dark Elf seems like natural choice for Magicka variant. So that would leave me with 2 races unassigned and one last spot: Nord/Bosmer, neither my favorite so I'm open for any advice, not only about race class combo but also alts in general - like is it worth to level them quickly a bit for hirelings?

I know the whole loading screen fiasco is soon to be 'fixed' and I'm really grateful about that, but did this not occur on the PTE servers before it went live? Honestly just curious at this point.

i just finished a quest that gave me a free house in auridon (mara's kiss inn room), went inside, and started checking what i can put there.

went to the purchase tab, bought clockwork's woodworking, clothing and blacksmithing station, just to realised i paid with crowns, not gold.

i said screw it, put them in the house, and i cant even use them.

what the hell?

Crown crate solution ideas?

I love crown crates in this game. I don't have a gambling issue, but I love collecting things in this game. I have never thought that the loot boxes in this game were an issue, because it's purely cosmetic content.

It would be cool if we could earn these things too, but I feel like they wouldn't release as much cool stuff as they do with the crates right now and I want them to keep releasing lots of cool stuff.

Are there any other ways people could think of keeping the crown crates around if a law comes about that would ban what the crates are right now?

Aetherian Archive HM first time for group, XB1

So tonight our group will be attempting out first HM of this trial and im wondering do we need 2 tanks for the final boss, one to tank axes and one for the storm atros and there positioning, and are there any other mechanics we should be worried about.

Hi! Returning player here looking to upgrade my deluxe edition account from launch. I was hoping to find a sale on DLC and xpac (which seems to be on sale for $30 on the website) before returning full time, but I'm having trouble finding any kind of deal on the 4 DLC packs. I see they are selling the Gold Edition of the game for $30 as well, but I have no idea if I could maybe use the code(s) from that to upgrade my account or if I would have to make an entirely new account. I already have characters and such with names that I'd rather keep.

TLDR; Looking for sale on the 4 DLC packs. If not available, I'll probably just bite the bullet. Thanks for any help!
