Is it just me or does the new MMR system just give you a better feeling when playing? Posted: 26 Nov 2017 09:06 AM PST It felt much worse seeing -25 MMR than just losing and not being able to lose a medal. Every time you are about to win you ask yourself ,,Hmm, maybe I'll get the next star after this match'' knowing that you can't lose it once you get it. Almost noone has the Herald and Guardian medals (below ~1700 MMR) making many people feel better about themselves. Being Crusander or Archon just looks and sounds much better and more positive than being a 1k/2k scrub. Most 3k players are legends, it sounds like Legends should be something like 5 or 6k+, but no. 3k players are ,,Legends''. I'm a 4k scrub (4.6k) and I'm Ancient 3, kinda almost Divine, so I'm near the biggest rank in the entire freakin GAME! FeelsGoodMan. And personally i dont like it because you could simply be boosted when you are playing party MMR. When you play solo rank everyone will think ur 4k solo but yet ur solo mmr is herald.
