My character is unable to receive a certain legendary drop, Mother Shahraz's Seduction.

This might be a long story, but I'll try to make it as short as I can without missing too much detail.

Basically the 10 weeks before patch 7.2.5, I only needed one legendary, Mother Shahraz's Seduction. During these 10 weeks I completed all non repeatable content trying to obtain them (Emissaries, Mythic Dungeons, Normal/Heroic/Current Mythic Raid Content/ Broken Isles rares etc.) After about 4 weeks I had a feeling something was wrong with my character, so I contacted support multiple times.

I explained the issue in each ticket, and how unusual it was, after friends of mine who did far less content were getting a new legendary every 1-2 weeks. Each time I was hit with a "random is random" copypasta and when I asked for it to be looked into, the GM just assured nothing was wrong with my account and that I was just very unlucky.

Anyway as of recent, patch 7.2.5 Introduced a system that would allow you to obtain a legendary for a random specialization if you had all of the legendarys for your currently selected loot spec.

Once the patch hit, a week later on the Tuesday reset I ran a heroic nighthold and obtained the new shadow robes, 10 days later I obtained the priest class ring.

Now here is where things get weird, this is 6 days after obtaining my last legendary. Currently I have 11/12 of the BoP Shadow legendarys (obviously the missing one is the shoulders). So I was doing some early morning m+ with some friends and I was rewarded with a holy legendary.

Since I have not obtained all of my shadow legendarys, I should have obtained the shoulders, but instead was rewarded with a random legendary for an offspec.

Now I know someone will say "you probably have it on your bank", so here is a picture of both my bank and void storage, as well as my inventory with a legendary filter on. Also note I currently have no mail.

As you can see, the shoulders are nowhere to be seen on my character, but I am unable to obtain them.

I'm sorry if these posts are not allowed, and I am fairly new to posting on Reddit so again sorry if the formatting is off - I'm just not sure where to go at this point, as the forums are full of trolls and Blizzard customer support offers zero help. Thank you for reading.

TL;DR - Only had one legendary left, didn't receive it after two and a half months of heavy playtime. 7.2.5 hit and I was rewarded with an offspec legendary and the system completely skipped over the shadow one I am still missing

EDIT 6 HOURS LATER http://imgur.com/P72uco1 - They hit me with the "you are just having bad luck copypasta" - this is an automated response.

7 Hours later - another copy/pasted response - Asked for no more copypastas - GM Kaintur opens live chat and says hes talked to the Devs and they specificially looked into my issue and said there was a hiccup in the system that showed me as already owning them, the Devs are looking into the issue and I received my shoulders in the mail. Thanks for upvoting this, and best advice if you're having a similar problem where you can't loot one is to just send in a ticketed and mention this scenario according to the GM I spoke with.

Realm transfers are nothing more than Blizzard taking advantage of their player base. $25 or nearly 300k in the current system is absolutely terrible.

As it stands, mythic guilds have almost no chance in staying together in low pop realms. The idea of having 120 realms in one Region is also incredibly out-dated.

What Blizzard did with connected servers needs to be done once again in a much larger scale.

We currently have 120 realms in the US, and this is counting connected realms as one.

More than 60 of these realms have less than 5,000 "raiders" (heroic NH and above). More than half of these realms also only have one guild in Mythic progression, nearly 30 or 40 with no mythic progression at all.

People are attached to their realms, and for good reason. If you've been playing in a server for nearly a decade, with several level 110s, it's hard to just say "okay, time to transfer". But worse of all, even if you did decide to change your home, it's just not feasible for most people.

Realms could be separated into regions based on their locations. We currently have realms located in LA, Chicago, and New York. Connect realms based on the datacenters and timezones of each realm.

This game is revolved around a community. Being able to raid heroic and old tier mythic cross-server just isn't the same. Friends want to be in the same guild, and many want to mythic raid.

Server transfers almost always cause more problems than fix, and they're incredibly expensive. For a company that has such a positive customer service reputation such as Blizzard, I feel like forcing guilds and players to pay ridiculous amount of money or gold is the exact opposite of good customer service. Hundreds of thousands of players are being deprived of a better experience because of greed.

ToS Mythic Reclear Updates | Method vs Exorsus

So I did this thread for the Nighthold "reclears" of mythic Progression and it was pretty well received as it's not clear to all people how far the Top guilds have gotten on reclears. Here are the two Top Guilds atm:

Method: Heroic splits done, currently 5/9M recleared (1h ago - 15 pm CET)

extra Info: Lots of Rogues getting Mythic achievments for rekills, it seems like they are gearing them for Avatar rekill.

Exorsus: doing Heroic splits atm, at least 7/9M recleared (1h ago - 20 pm CET)

extra Info: 1 Hunter got all new mythic achievments, nothing else particularly interesting.

Limit: heroic splits done, at least 5/9M recleared (14h ago - 2am CET)

extra info: Seems like they are equipping rogues similar to the method strat for Avatar.

Easy: Heroic splits done, at least 5/9M recleared (7h ago - 9am CET)

extra info: Similar strat to Method, equipping a lot of rogues for Avatar (4 rogues - 1 more than Method/Limit)

I take my Info from the guilds Armory pages, where you can see people getting the mythic achievements. If you have any updates or think I am missing an important guilds, hit me up. I will regularly update the post myself.

Yesterday, for the first time ever, I attended the Darkmoon Faire. I started playing WoW in 2008, a little while before WotLK came out. I have never leveled a character to max. I've never been on a raid. I don't really have friends who play WoW. I usually play on and off, for months at a time.

But my experiences at the Darkmoon Faire last night were completely unlike any other. Something finally struck me - and I mean, I knew it all along, but... this game is so intricate. It's so detailed. It's rich. I had so much fun just running around, playing the carnival games, spending tickets on stupid prizes I didn't really want and walking around. I looked at EVERYTHING. I spoke to every NPC, even the people who weren't vendors or questgivers. I rode the rides. I watched a concert by Elite Tauren Chieftain.

For the first time in so many years, I felt the magic that I felt when I first played WoW. I've been searching forums and this subreddit for 'WoW experiences' posts. A lot of people talk about how they'd do anything to wipe their memories and experience WoW for the first time. I feel like that's what I did yesterday.

And I had such a great time. I am more determined than ever to get to max level so I can focus less on gear and rotatons and spend time doing stuff like this. Sure, raids will be fun and all, but this is what I play for. The immersion. It's so freaking beautiful.

And on another note, I REALLY want that WoW cookbook. I will cook every thing.
