| Posted: 10 Jul 2017 01:21 PM PDT Hi! So, I'm a huge fan of Sombra. I really like the way she plays, she's really strong, etc... So I got her golden weapon. Thing is... It's really pretty, but after seeing Doomfist's, I decided to change it a little bit. I made the metallic parts of her fingers golden. A big part of Sombra's character design and movements come from the way she moves and interacts with her hand. She holds her left hand up all the time, and she is very expressive with her hands. A lot of other characters have multiple golden parts in their weapon. Ana has her sleepdart, Mercy has her pistol, Genji has all of his swords... While Sombra doesn't use an alternate weapon, I think making the metallic parts of her hands golden would be nice. They appear in all of her skins. (Yes, even in the Los Muertos ones) and since her holographic clusters would look wierd golden, I think it's awesome! What do you guys think? EDIT: Golden Cyberspace! EDIT2: Golden Los Muertos! | SR 4000+ Player trolling at SR <500 Posted: 10 Jul 2017 06:33 AM PDT So Im going to dive right in. Today I as a Bronze player was forced to play against a player who has ranks 4000 sr every season till this one. He had lowered his sr to sub 500. And was just rolling Bronze players to stroke his own ego and then teabag and talk shit to us. Im not the best at this game. And I am okay with that. But when I literally cant evem play comp because 4000+ SR players are griefing, its no longer just me being bad at the game. Add to this the constant leavers and troll picks, this game has become un fun. And people will say "Well just play QP". I dont want to play quick play. I want to play the seasons and try and improve and become a better player, but at this point its impossible. Has anyone else experienced this? At any other rank than me? Edit: Just to clarify im at 1175. He is currently less than 500. His highest sr was 4600 something. [link] [comments]  | ||

| No, Doomfist is not half as OP as people say. Or even a quarter. Posted: 10 Jul 2017 06:36 AM PDT Doomfist is unique - he's a Tekken character in a FPS. They HAD to make him strong and mobile or he'd be entirely useless, mowed down by enemy fire before he could close to do anything. So yes, he's strong, but if he were weaker he'd be useless - so rather than weaken him, they just gave him counters. Sombra's Hack fucks him entirely, Pharah can escape damn near everything given how inaccurate Doomfist's main fire is, Widow can snipe fairly easily with that massive hitbox if Doomfist isn't currently mid-combo, and Orisa's Fortify renders her immune to the worst of his effects AND her gravity ball thing drags him back to a position where the team can shoot him. Also, Genji is a pain in the ass for him (at least for me at low ranks, fucker jumps too much to hit with a punch, at least Roadhog can hook or D.Va can spray), Torbjorn is surprisingly good against him given how far out of position he has to get to kill the turret, and an Ana's heal grenade can ruin his life - he's in close melee but can't recover shields anymore? Ouch. The only reason people think he's OP is that the classic anti-DPS tools don't work on him - he's too resilient for a Roadhog hookshot if he's gotten some shields up, a shield from Reinhardt or Orisa accomplishes nothing, he can still knock you around in a Zarya bubble, and he's tough enough that Winston can't melt him and he can fist Winston. He's new and unique enough that he's gonna need some new counters, and until everyone figures out exactly how to deal with him then they're going to scream about him being OP. [link] [comments]  | ||
