Chiron needs the Thoth treatment

In season 3.22 Thoth's 2 saw a cooldown reduction as he levels it. This took away the difficulty that people had with using him. Now let's look at Chiron, the headless hunter after the beginning of season 3. Anyone who remembers season 2, remembers how he use to be one of the most dominant hunters. Unfortunately Hi-Rez has yet to give him the Hou Yi treatment, that occurred in season 3. I would love for his 2 to get a cooldown reduction, but I don't see that happening. So what if we gave the same treatment to Thoth's 2 to Chiron's 3. It won't make him overpowered, as it's not his primary ability. Also he's arguably the most mobile hunter, so why not allow him to have his crown. This will allow him to have a stronger late game, will remaining the same heart and soul of the character.

Tldr: Chiron's 3 reduced from 16s to 16s scaled down to 12s. Horse hunter needs his extra feet.

Snowball in Season 4

There are many mechanics in Season 4 that lead to how heavily it snowballs and they are mechanics that have always been in the game that have been amplified by changes in Season 4.

1. No Gold for Killing Minions Under Tower: This is a huge deal for the team with less wave clear as it leads to that team getting further and further behind as they get pushed under tower. I think it's a bad "anti-come back mechanic" and just makes snowballing even easier.

2. New Jungle Camps and Jungler Timer: This was the big change in Season 4 that really caused the snowball to get insanely out of control. Now that camps don't spawn before the timer it means that you have to be able to push your enemy to at least the middle of the lane or risk missing a ton of gold and experience or possibly being invaded. This means that now if you have bad wave clear you literally just can't do anything and will end up getting no gold while the enemy gets more gold. The problem with this is that it both puts the enemy further ahead and you further behind leading to the snowball getting larger and larger. On top of this strong wave clear leads to getting two extra camps; that being the Oracle Harpies for the same reason as I mentioned before.

3.Gold Sharing: Another mechanic that has been around forever that really hurts the team who is getting pushed in. Gold sharing especially in Duo Lane means that if you are an ADC pushed under Tower or just outside tower as long as the support is there (which they need to be to keep the ADC safe and help them clear early) they will be taking gold from the ADC. There's no way for the Support to sacrifice their gold gain to help get you back into the game which limits your options overall.

Idea for a Hel build.

Okay so I have an idea for a build that I feel makes Hel a great late game utility to her team.

The playstyle it follows is remaining in light stance late to buff your team.

The full build is

Shoes of the Magi - Lotus Crown - Dynasty Plate helm - Chronos Pendant - Sheild of regrowth - rod of asclephis/gauntlet of thebes.

Heres the logic behind the build.

  • Shoes of the magi - For damage/heal since we will have the 40% CD satisfied

  • Dynasty plate helm AND Lotus crown - these items no longer have internal cooldown, A max cooldown Hel is able to keep allies permanently buffed by both of these items with her 3 being a dot now because the effect is refreshed every tick, and lasts for 4 seconds after the heal. So she constantly gives a power and protections buff to her team in addition to her ultimate ability's passive buff.

  • Chronos Pendant - Cooldown and power for heals.

  • Regrowth - last 20% cooldown in addition to some health and a good passive for keeping up with your team or escaping in addition to the lotus crown+passive protections.

Then you have a choice:

  • Thebes - Extra health for you, and even more constant protections for your team. these combined with your light protections aura and your constant lotus crown really make for a tanky team in fights.

  • Asclephis - The heal aura to make your healing more effective, in addition to some power and health for you and to top it off, more movement speed to keep up or escape.
