| [::] I made a machine to turn terracotta for you! Posted: 13 Feb 2017 06:20 PM PST Terracotta can look great when used well, but when making complex designs, it can be a pain getting it to face the right way. To make things easier, I've created a contraption that allows you to rotate a placed terracotta block with ease. Simply download this structure file, place it in the structures folder of your world, put down a structure block in-game and load in "terracottaturner" to summon the command block contraption. Then click the sign on the contraption to receive the Terracotta Turner. Finally, type the following command to create a scoreboard for the contraption to use: The Terracotta Turner is a shiny armour stand, that if placed on top of a terracotta block causes it to rotate. (nothing will happen if it's placed somewhere other than a terracotta block) This makes exploring the patterns you can make with terracotta much easier, allowing you to spend less time trying to remember which way round the block goes and more time making beautiful designs! While intended for creative, this is still usable in survival, provided you give yourself a good stockpile of the item since they will be consumed when placing in survival.
