Theorycraft Thursday - Discuss Builds, Skills, Strategies, and More! Posted: 09 Feb 2017 03:02 AM PST Welcome to Theorycraft Thursday, a community-building, regularly occurring thread in the subreddit! MMO veterans will know that Theorycrafting is the core of many discussions about this genre of games, and ESO is no different. With the high level of variance in builds, skills, and strats, there's plenty of room for Theorycrafting, and we want to see what you have to share with the community on that front. Have a build you've experimented with? A particular skill or set of skills that synergize well? A strategy for PvE or PvP that works to great effect? Share it here! If you're new, you can also use this thread to ask questions about viable builds and skills as well! As always, please keep in mind our rules on the sidebar, especially the one about "no personal attacks, callouts, rude behavior, or other such disrespectful content". Disagree respectfully and know that everyone has different ideas and playstyles that suit them. [link] [comments]

Posted: 08 Feb 2017 10:07 AM PST Since the Homesteads update, dogs will now bark nonstop whenever the follow you around. I love my Bravil Retriever, but he's driving me insane. He can't even go 3 seconds without borfing. Please make them bark less, like every 10 seconds, or something. [link] [comments]

For those who want to know it's worth it Posted: 08 Feb 2017 05:22 PM PST Yes. It is worth getting this game. It is so much different and better than when it started. I can play anywhere and with whoever! At any level! I played a while a go and and I can tell you it's was not as much fun as now. The quests are great!! The real people here are fantastic!! I played WoW..... but ESO beats them hands down!! Random helpful people that really look out for others. I have seen it and I try to model it. I bought gold for the Xbox because I want choices then went ESO+ for the crafting bag! It's really worth it. After swearing off MMO's because being in WoW was like being at work... ESO... has been fantastic . I hope my impression helps. [link] [comments]
Posted: 09 Feb 2017 12:37 AM PST Does anyone have a look to the major website claiming ESO to be the best MMO. There was a reddit post about it recently. In the comments there was also some evidence they have the biggest player base recently [link] [comments]

What is the best place to farm furniture plans? Posted: 08 Feb 2017 11:16 PM PST
Posted: 08 Feb 2017 09:16 PM PST So let me begin by saying I learned a hard lesson tonight. Some background first should help. Let's just start with Reapers March and the gamblers at the caravan site. Yes of course being a new player I went and joined the fun and slaughtered at least 300 gamblers gaining a bounty of 153k. It was a quick thrill, a lawless land, and pure bloody chaos. I gained a few champion levels and took off with a full inventory of stolen goods sold to the fence in the Gold Coast because it's easy to get too. Beautiful. So now I have this 153k bounty over my head and figured okay I can hang low in the out law refuges to repair/sell loot and buy health pots if I need. I run some dungeons ect ect play here and there and a few days go by and now my bounty is at 103k. Run a few more dungeons then decide oh maybe if I run some thieves guild quest I can get stuff to lower my bounty. This whole time I am walking around with 96k gold in my inventory, and a 103k bounty, you see where this is going. Well I start to run some quest all is going well til I run the one in Hews bane, where you have to search the warehouse office. Christ almighty it was going fine had a run in or two with a guard but managed to slip away. Well finally the law caught up with me and my dark past. I was trapped by a guard then one shotted in a corner. As my toon falls lifeless I hear the rattle of my coin purse and a message that says our bounty is now at 6k. I dreadfully open my inventory to see I have 0 gold now. So yea, I learned my lesson, oh yes I learned. [link] [comments]
Does the skins from the crown store skin pack cover vampire skin? Posted: 09 Feb 2017 01:29 AM PST
Posted: 08 Feb 2017 04:51 PM PST I previewed ebonheart cheatu today and being the most expensive house I couldn't help but think it lacked a whole lot. I mean other then the main room when you first walk in there really no were else like the top is a balcony and the bottom is basically just a hall way so no where to have a bedroom. personally I think forsaken stronghold being half the price has way more internal room, so basically just wanted your guy's opinion before I bought a house. Step 5: ??? Step 6: Profit Edit: FAQ
Yes you can, and you can either start Eso using the Steam launcher or create a new shortcut and launch it the same way you did before.
Yes you do! Just use the old login when it asks you at the first launch from steam.
Yes it is, if you already own the base game it will upgrade the version.
Unlike the DLC purchases from the Crown store the Gold edition counts for both regions at once!
Not the entire game, less than a gigabyte needs to be downloaded, most files are transfered AUTOMATICALLY. [link] [comments]
[PC] Solo Play - Do i miss out on a lot of content? Posted: 09 Feb 2017 02:58 AM PST Hey, ESO got my attention with the Morrowind announcement. Actually i never wanted to play an MMO again. Played a lot of WoW over the years, but i just dont want to commit that much time again, just to keep up with the content. I felt too obliged with WoW. You need a guild if you want to see the most difficult content. The grind in the latest expansion was a huge turn off and it just took a lot of time for actually nothing, because with a new patch and new content, your gear was going to be replaced soon and the grind continued. So for now im just playing single player games like Witcher 3 or Skyrim. But i read some comments about ESO, that it feels like a singleplayer game with an active world with real players. Is it really that solo player friendly? How is the community in general? Ive read that its more "mature?" Thanks in advance for any answers [link] [comments] |
