Prepping for Breath of the Wild by streaming every Zelda to 100% completion! Posted: 28 Jan 2017 02:44 PM PST How is everyone else getting ready for Breath of the Wild? Since around Christmas, I've been streaming on Twitch every Zelda in timeline order to 100% completion. Right now I'm finishing up Wind Waker HD ... trying to find a kogoli pictograph in a tingle bottle. No luck yet. My rule is I'm not allowed to play Breath of the Wild until the marathon is finished ... we're at about the 230 hour mark now. How many of you will avoid this sub once the game is released? Posted: 28 Jan 2017 12:15 PM PST Much as I'd love to discuss everything I come across in the game we've all been waiting so long for, I'm thinking my best course of action will be to avoid potential spoilers on here till I've seen a solid chunk of the game. Do any of you plan to take a break too, or do you think the spoilers will be adequately labelled? It just seems to me it'll become really difficult to discuss one aspect of the game without it becoming tangled with discussion about other bits of the game, due to the open world structure... Just Finished Wind Waker HD 100% Posted: 28 Jan 2017 12:48 PM PST Man that game is good! I just finished The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker HD 100% complete (minus a few Nintendo Gallery figurines). I had played it when I was younger but never finished it myself. I did watch my older sister play it all so I did get to experience it all more or less. However, I had always wanted to finish it for myself one day so when I saw that they made an HD version I new I had to play it. I purchased it about 2 years ago but never got time to play it. With Breath of the Wild almost out I new if I delayed any longer I might never get to playing it any time soon so I started it about a month and a half ago. Now all I need to do is see if I can finish Twilight Princess HD in a month. Same situation with that game but I also have the Wolf Link Amiibo as well. submitted by /u/JoWiBro [link] [comments]

What i will do when i get BOTW Posted: 28 Jan 2017 07:58 PM PST We are only weeks away from BOTW since this game has a focus on freedom i wanted to share what ill be doing when i get it! The first thing i will do is follow the game's story up untill the first Sheikah Tower. After that ill be exploring the Platue fully and discovering all it's secrets. When i am finished with the platue my next goal will be to find a horse. After i get a horse ill be trying to beat Shrines and explore Hyrule. I will take breaks from exploration by following the story in between since the lore of Zelda has always gotten me hyped! Well that is the BASIC things id like to do first!
