Dabuz's Proposed Patch/Switch Changes

Dabuz made an extremely well-thought out list of proposed changes. He wants to keep characters good at their inherent strengths, but doesn't want to see them needlessly shut out other characters. I'd encourage a full read HERE
TL;DR
  • Improve ledge rolls across the board (FAF and invincibility), so characters can't easily cover all ledge options.
  • Adjust rage for high base knockback and overall extremely strong moves, reducing kills at 50% from 100%+ rage.
  • Bayonetta: Reduce Witch Time radius to make it less threatening to push buttons against her. Easier to space and play neutral vs Bayo.
  • Diddy: Add lag to startup and endlag of banana toss (for all characters). Some characters have no options against Diddy with banana in hand. The proposed nerf weakens Diddy in that situation and again, like Bayo, allows for players to actually push buttons against Diddy without threat of instant hard punish.
  • Cloud: Reduce passive benefits like movement speed from a limit-charged Cloud. Nerf speed of charging from attacking/getting hit. Potentially eliminate ledge snap from Up-B. Reasoning is that Cloud is simply overpowered for his ease of use. List of players that use or pocket Cloud: Komorikiri, Tweek, M2K, Leo, Mr.R, ANTi, Nairo, Vinnie, Larry, Zero, 6wx, more. And 50% of teams use Cloud.

Hello! This is a thread where we'll see what r/Smashbros thinks are the 20 best sets of 2016.
Any set is able to be nominated. It doesn't have to be Grand Finals of any particular tournament, nor does it have to be Round 1 Pools. Any set you believe is a set worthy of Top 20 of 2016 is a set you can nominate
Today, we'll be doing nominations.
How it works today:

Hey guys! I know that it's been a while since the last monthly tier list came out, mainly because, if you haven't noticed, I'm the new user running this! The guy who did it before, after working with it for a year, decided to pass it down to another person, like the guy before him. I guess it's a tradition now? Doesn't matter now, you're stuck with me either way!
