About Tinker Items

Should i rush Boots of TravelBoots of Travel  with one Null Talisman + Tango Tango at early, skipping BottleBottle and Soul RingSoul Ring?
Usually results in 8 mins Boots of TravelBoots of Travel instead of 10-12 mins

Only go Null Talisman if you intend on going dagon.

Regardless get a BottleBottle ASAP.

Reason being is, Null Talisman only helps you last hit, which Tinker is not the best at compared to other solo mid heroes. As you face better opponents you'll find the Null Talisman doesn't always help you secure your farm, so rushing a BottleBottle is better because...

Using Laser to harass/farm and/or using March to harass/farm is much easier/more effective. With practice you can get your BottleBottle quickly before running out of mana even with just 3 Iron Branchs and a stack of Tango Tangos. By using  March of the Machines and Laser to last hit as well as a few right click last hits when you can.

If you are using March

You'll also push the lane (when mid) which is actually a good thing. It forces your opponent to last hit under the tower (often more difficult) and opens you up to go get runes (you can start timing how the lanes push based on when rune spawns). Runes help you last hit better, go for kills/gank, as well as obviously filling up your BottleBottle to keep up your spell spam and heal any harass you take.

If you are in a side lane or jungling

Getting a BottleBottle would mean you'd need to BottleBottle crow (might be acceptable if team doesn't need the BottleBottle). But you could instead go for the more expensive Soul RingSoul Ring. However pushing the lane with March in a side lane isn't as effective as mid, and will make farming more difficult for you. You will still want to get BottleBottle and/or Soul RingSoul Ring though.

If mid lane

Soul RingSoul Ring is purely optional and whether or not to get it is something you might have to test out depending on your specific play style.

Then after all that, you get your Boots of Travel

Boots of TravelBoots of Travel provide you with very little. They give no survive-ability other than high movement speed (which won't matter against nukes and stuns since you are low max HP). They give you no right click damage (so don't help when last hitting). They give you no "in lane" mana or mana regen (so don't help you use spells more). What they do do is give you the ability to move around the map quickly.

Early on in the game

You will not have enough levels in your nukes and enough mana to Rearm and cast everything twice (or even be in range for the second round of nukes), so your ability to TP in a gank isn't that great yet. Also your teammates are still trying to get XP and farm out of their lanes, so TPing around to steal their farm is actually detrimental to your team. All you are using them for is to heal up to max health/mana so you can go back to farming your next item. Having a BottleBottle or Soul RingSoul Ring has already helped you do just that AND has helped you much earlier on. Also they are gifts that keep on giving.

About Bottle

BottleBottle helps you maintain health/mana after tping in as well as spamming BottleBottle charges in fountain will heal you up faster. You can also easily cast BottleBottle charges on allies after tping in, so you can support your team and allow them to not have to back, or be able to cast 1 more spell in the up coming team fight. Soul RingSoul Ring has perfect synergy with rearm. Rearm is an expensive spell, so Soul RingSoul Ring before each Rearm helps keep that mana high AND you will still have Soul RingSoul Ring after. This means you'll always have mana for you to use your Boots of TravelBoots of Travel to get back to base.

You could justify skipping one or the other depending on situation, but NEVER both.

And even if you skip one for a faster Boots of TravelBoots of Travel, you might find it useful to come back to the one you skipped if you are having mana issues.

After your Boots of TravelBoots of Travel, you'll need to farm another item, but that's a whole other discussion.
