Patch Notes

• Potentially fixed a crash when the alliance panel opens. 
• Fixed a bug where new outposts would sometimes not be named correctly.
• Fixed a bug where players would be unable to scout certain players. 
• Fixed a bug where the rally owner would appear to lose power for all the units that died in the rally instead of just their own. 
• Adding Rally units to your own rally now allows you to send units from an outpost.
