Dota 2 FAQ : How to do Ember Spirit combo?
Gosh its so difficult to do it. I am referring the W into Q combo. Sleight of Fist into a Searing Chains stun. on a SINGLE target. How to do Ember Spirit combo?
It's ridiculously easy just cast chains as soon as the animation starts.
Go to a Bot match and turn on Cheats and enable Bots then turn on "-wtf". Practice in WTF mode. Pretty much you just hammer chains when the 
Sleight of Fist animation starts.
It's really not hard at all. Just cast Sleight of Fist animation starts.
Searing Chains immediately after left-clicking your W on the enemy.
Ember Spirit wont have a turn rate delay.
