Unpopular Opinion: Bone Crusher > Zweihander

I honestly never understood all the praise that the Zweihander gets here.

Sure, it throws out more damage and it's stab attacks are much faster than BC's shield bash, but can you send motherfuckers flying every which way with every swing with Zwei like you see in various epic fantasy films? No, no you can't. Also, try to tell me with a straight face that one-shotting trash, Rioters and stunning Scrakes or even FPs with the shield bash isn't as fun as going HAM with Zwei.

Using BC with Skrimisher, Vampire (Butcher for Bosses), Parry, Smash and ZED-Time Spartan and the only things that can possibly kill you are Suicide Husks, Zeds with Boom or getting backed into a corner.

Plus, you can spam Bash (with the appropriate perk) simply by tapping D and right-clicking back, and big Zeds aren't much of a problem so long as you know how to time your parries and have Vampire active.

I don't know, that's just me, though.

Somebody come and tell me why this isn't a more popular opinion.

I'm not saying this because I'm too cheap to buy Chivalry to unlock Zweihander or anything... Baka! /Tsun

Survivalist Questions

Wondering how the survivalist perk bonuses affect certain weapons.

Does the Weapon Damage bonus affect alt fires like the M203 Grenade?

Does the bonus affect the 9mm?

Do the tier 1 perks affect cross perk weapons? I.e. does tactical reload affect the Medic assault rifle?

Why am I able to level up my Perk despite playing offline (no WiFi) matches?

I'm not complaining or anything but why can I do it in this game and not in a game like Black Ops 3 (PS4) same technology

I can play 20 matches with no WiFi but when I resume my internet connection I automatically level up? This is such an underrated feature and the main reason why I have countless hours on this game

for some reason i cannot get monster ball map from the beta build to load on my server. also does not appear in web admin or in game.

all other default (and custom maps) seem to work and appear in both webadmin and in game voting after game over.

i am using a rented server but so far i updated it to the latest beta build and using the (app_update 232130 -beta preview) as well is there anything i am missing or maybe i changed.

so far i have reset the server to default and then applied the beta patch stuff and still no monster ball map. besides enabling webadmin i have not done much else.

any help or suggestions would be great.

[BETA] Console commands to get Road Redeemer and MKb42

If you want to test the new weapons without purchasing another game (Road Reedeemer) or grinding (MKb42), start a Solo game, open the console and use the following commands.

Gain access to the console cheats:

EnableCheats

Road Redeemer:

GiveWeapon KFGameContent.KFWeap_Blunt_ChainBat

MKb42:

GiveWeapon KFGameContent.KFWeap_AssaultRifle_MKB42

Another way to obtain MKb42 (easier to remember) is a simple command giving the weapon preset for Commando:

Assault

However, this will clutter up the inventory. In order to get rid of unnecessary weapons, simply drop them on the ground or sell them using the Trader Menu.

Berserker's weapon preset (given by the Berserk command) doesn't have the Road Redeemer at the moment.

The OpenTraderMenu command opens the buy menu, which can be used to upgrade the weapons, buy/sell them, refill the ammo, etc.

Think there's any way we could get an option that prefers the flashlight on your gun if available?

Now the whole having a flashlight available with any weapon thing is great don't get me wrong, but it was just really cool having the flashlight move with your gun watching it spin around when you spin your 9mm. On top of that it added just a little more immersion when you have the base shotgun/combat shotty you had to lower your gun just a bit while reloading to keep the flashlight pointed in front of you to make sure nothing pops out. I know its not a huge deal or anything but having an option to use the light on your gun would definitely be pretty neat.

Please remove "Boom" waves from Endless Mode

I just had 3 of them between waves 15 and 24, of which I died on. There is nothing worse than getting batted into a corner by a fleshpound only to get surrounded by a bunch of trash mobs that I can't even shoot at because if I do their explosions will kill me and if I don't I'll get torn to shreds.

Am I just unlucky or does the doomstick alt fire break for anyone else?

So since i've opted in for the beta, i've been wanting to try out the doomstick again in all it's overpowered glory. But every single time I get it, after like one alt fire it just never works again. Doesn't matter if I have a full mag or not, just can't use the alt fire at all regardless which is really annoying.

What is the difference between the SCAR and FN-FAL?

I'm sure I'm missing something, but to me they're both high damage with similar fire rate and mag size. The major differences being the FN has a scope and less max ammo. I guess my question is what role does it fill that the SCAR does not? Thanks!
