I'm not sure if this is an appropriate post but I wanted to spread the word because I personally almost spent 1,000 crowns on this pet before I saw a post on the ESO forums about this issue.

The (otherwise extremely adorable) cat has a very sad texture issue that makes it appear as though the end of its tail is a black hole... below is a link to an album of some screenshots I took to try to illustrate the problem.

I added the PS4 flair because I am on this console and am experiencing this issue. I am not sure if this is cross-platform or if it occurs in HDR or other high quality visual systems.

I believe this bug has to do with the fact that the cat's tail is not flush with the surface when it is in a resting position; in order to make the tail look "fluffy" it overlaps and blends in with the ground. However, it was not developed properly because when the end of the tail is not "on the ground" it looks like what I showed above... a weird black hole.

This is the second time in a row that a Crown Store cosmetic was released with a huge, obvious visual bug (the Dragon Priest costume does not have the appropriate dye pattern, so if you try to dye the costume the color does not align with the actual structure of the costume itself). It makes me very sad as a paid ESO plus member that the developers do not seem to do any sort of quality assurance on these cosmetic items. They would like me to use my own money to purchase Crowns and buy cosmetic items but it does not seem like even ONE PERSON employed by Zenimax double checks that the finished product they put in the store is without obvious flaws.

Anyway, I just wanted to share this here to inform people of this issue.

So I joined my first (trading) guild a few hours ago, and I already got kicked. They gave no reason and now I am wondering what I did wrong. I thanked them for letting me join, I bought some stuff and tried to sell some. Are there any rules/etiquette I am not aware of? It kinda sucked to be kicked :(

Spriggans or Asylum GS + Agility?

In terms of ease of acquisition?

I know they're both pretty viable (one has better ult gen, the other has better sustain and physical penetration) so I'm flexible about which I go for.

What's actually a bigger factor for me is not having to grind too horrendously long to get it. You can buy Spriggans but on PS4 EU it is EXPENSIVE and I only make about 20k per day with my gold making activities. On the other hand, agility is RNG from dailies so it could take weeks with bad luck.

Thoughts?

What is your favorite class?

I have three leveled characters. MagSorc, StamPlar, and StamBalde. I can't decide which I enjoy most. The Stamblade is the newest and I'm trying to get used to the rotation so the verdict is still out for them all.

Maelstrom 2-hander « merciless cleave », is the extra damage this weapon deals considered bleed damage?

This set causes extra damage over time when you use stampede or crit rush etc, just wondering if it is considered bleed damage or just standard physical DoT (so is it mitigated, or unmitigated is what I'm really asking)

Switching from PS4 to PC (EU) - help and questions

So I'm getting a new PC soon, literally just to play ESO. I've been playing pretty much from the start on PS4, so I have a lot of materials and gold.

Now, I know that I can't transfer my account from the PS4 to my PC, but I was wondering if it is possible to do a 'switch' with another player who also has accounts on PS4 and PC.

Basically, if anyone is willing to, I'd be able send them gold and/or materials from my PS4 account to their PS4 account, and in return, they get onto their pc account and send me the same back to my PC account (I'm on the EU side of things)

Just wondered if this was feasible? Also, is it legal? Or is it against ZOS's TOS? I won't do it if it's not legal, but was just wondering if it was possible.

Two simple, priceless changes to magden could potential bring it on par with magblade! with the exception of healing for vCR

  • Simply change mag birds from 15% damage over distance to 15% damage over health %

PROS

  1. This change will not imbalance the pvp/pve scale as nobody uses birds anyway since dodge changes
  2. Adds a much needed execute to magdens as this is where i personally think they lack a lot (dont talk to me about the bear execute)
  3. Gives magden a unique execute is which also acts as its spammable, keeping rotation simple but not overpowered

CONS

  1. None?

  • Change mag beetles to a proc just like crystal frags

PROS

  1. Again will not imbalance pvp/pve scale as mag beetles aren't used in either, especially since they removed the stun so u cant OP combo in pvp and they basically decrease dps in pve rotation
  2. Brings alive a dead skill
  3. Will make magden a more dynamic enjoyable rotation in pve

CONS

  1. Will cause a ability slot starve on frontbar for wardens
  2. You already probably think this is stupid dumb broken OP and they should never change this. But on the contrary this would literally be crystal frags 2.0 because no stun, procs on dmg, maybe reduced cost

Best places to pickpocket for the purpose of leveling Legerdemain?

I'm at level 7 right now. I do my max fence turn ins daily, nut I just read on the wiki that by pickpocketing, I can gain points toward the skill too. Easy targets = 1 point, Medium 2 points and Hard 4 points. I only have 1 point in the pickpocket passive(next is at rank 9 I think) and so I'm wondering where you would recommend I go to level this skill via pickpocketing?

I'm well aware that any town is an option, but I'm wondering if there's one spot which is better than the other for guard reasons and such.

What exactly constitutes a "medium" target? I Think that's going to be my bread and butter for now. Also, at what success chance do you always pickpocket? 65% and up?
