Honest question. Map is way too big and crossing it is a nightmare, even in a vehicle. There's no regular drop points. Sometimes I'll hit power grid, San Martin, or los Leones and find no one. And the new weapons are fun but hardly feasible like the win94 or sawed. I've had a few fun games but typically I get a 1 or 2 quick kills, then run around for 20 minutes before I find the next person. And not to mention the map takes a minute to load in all the way.

Anyone out there actually like this map enough to choose it over the others?

What kind of duos or squad tactics do you guys use?

I'd love to hear you guys explain a situation and then tell me how you and your team would approach it.

For instance:

You're playing duos and you're in a place like Camp Alpha. One of you becomes engaged with a guy a few houses down.

Would you have one guy keep the engagement going while the second rushes up and tries to push it into a close quarters situation?

Do both of you make a quick advance to engage at short range together?

Do you try to keep the engagement at the medium to long range until it's done?

I just want to hear other people's thoughts on tactics.

I've been playing consistently since it's launch on XBOX, but I swear this feels EXACTLY like the DAYZ stand-alone did. And I think most of us know what happened there... anybody else feel the same way?
