I got it 3 years ago and did the full playthrough with a Barbarian, but tried out the other classes too and it kind of felt like a chore.

  • I kept having to rely on the same 'ol weak basic moves for a long time

  • The Stash is way too small

  • The enemies that steal items are way irritating

  • You can't buy mana potions at the shops

  • The mercenaries are useless

  • The Necromancer's skeletons are very weak

  • The plot ends on a weird cliffhanger

I don't know if I should even bother with the Expansion Pack if its just gonna be more of the same...

Haha, kidding! Of course I played the Expansion and its later patches, and boy what a difference do they make!

I was just wondering if anyone else started out with V1.00 before doing the Expansion pack lie I did?

Voice chat software to use while playing?

So I'm trying to play with a friend, and it's really annoying trying to only use the chat window to communicate. Is there a voice chat program that we can use, that's free and fairly easy to set up? I'm also worried about getting mistakenly flagged as botting, because that would be my luck. On a related note, why doesn't blizzard have this built in?

challenge rift banter

Why dont blizzard put some diversity in challenge rifts for example putting higher lvl runs instead of these moronic ones where the real challenge is to not hit alt+f4 after u see there is no 4 passives on the char, the build is complete trash no wonder noone above 20 iq uses them when they are not just unfun to play but they are totally useless, oh wait you can clear a gr 50 in them with ancient gear and 700+ paragon!

Disclaimer: I'm just a messenger so don't get pissed at me. Please take all of this with a grain of salt or a tub of it.

Below are copy pasta of what was said on the 4chan thread about upcoming Diablo:

  • Diablo 1 remaster is coming
  • Diablo 3 failed. Diablo 2019 is going to be nothing like the old Diablos. So of course we're not making that mistake again.
  • We're looking to pretty much dominate every major genre, and with Diablo's announcement and release coming up we're set to rival even Elder Scrolls/Fallout.
  • 2019 is the estimate, and there are no classes. You have a fixed protagonist.
  • It's slated to be announced at Blizzcon this year with an estimated 2019 release. It'll play more like The Witcher and God of War.
  • It's not an MMO. Multiplayer was played around with at the beginning but it was scrapped by the time I was transferred to the WoW team.
  • If Diablo 2019 goes well, there were talks of an RPG taking place in a witchy Gilneas.
  • We know no one will buy Diablo 2019 if it's the same thing as before. We're rebranding the franchise to save it.

And if so, wich build/class could do this?

I think Crusader Could maybe be one of those.

I was just curious about any leaks so I googled for 4chan ones (with happend to be true few times in the past - including HOTS leaks)

Im not sure if thats trolling or something more real, but this guys tells basicly about "Diablo 2019" to be more like "God of War" or "Witcher"" - and thats basicly would be game over for me personally.

EDIT: Funny thing he also mentioned DIABLO 1 REMASTER not the second one.. does it make any sense ? :O
