[Maintenance] Regular Maintenance August 8th 2018 Posted: 07 Aug 2018 08:27 AM PDT Dear Players, We will perform our weekly maintenance as follows: Date: Wednesday, 8th August 2018 Duration: 6h Global 8:00 UTC ~ 14:00 UTC Central (EU) 10:00 CEST ~ 16:00 CEST West Coast (NA) 1:00 PDT ~ 7:00 PDT East Coast (NA) 4:00 EDT ~ 10:00 EDT Reasons: Guild event where rewards and Guild EXP are doubled for completing Guild Missions will be added. Guild Attendance Rewards will be refreshed. Guranteed Enhancement for equipment ( +13 ~ +15) will be added. Ending Events Crio's Favor event will end. Gather Serbianca's Voucher event will end. Trina box miscommunication - Apology Posted: 07 Aug 2018 07:31 AM PDT Dear Adventurers, Both Kakao Games and Pearl Abyss are constantly looking for ways to create different and exciting events for you all to enjoy. The recent level 60 challenge was just one example of that, as we wanted to give many players the chance to experience the game in a new way, for a limited amount of time. Our communication on this event was insufficient, not only on the original presentation of the event but as both the CM and GM team answered follow up questions, specifically on the removal date of the Trina Knights First Captain's Support Kit (7 Days). We are deeply sorry for the confusion and misinformation we caused. Please understand, that this was not done with any kind of malicious intent and we are committed to bringing new and exciting events to the game. Due to the nature of these items and the impact they have, we concluded that we are unable to extend the event, as the items can be disruptive to the game if used outside of the event period and a controlled environment. As a gesture of apology for the error we made we will be providing all players with the following compensation during the next scheduled maintenance: 1 x Item Collection Increase Scroll (60 min) 1 x GM Blessing 3 (1h) To those that did not claim the challenge reward for reaching Lv.60 from the Challenges tab (Y), the following compensation will be additionally provided. 6 x Item Collection Increase Scroll (60 min) In addition, Golden Bells will ring out across all channels at the following times: EU Saturday: 15:00 UTC (17:00 CEST) Sunday: 15:00 UTC (17:00 CEST) NA Saturday: 01:00 UTC (18:00 PDT) Sunday: 01:00 UTC (18:00 PDT) *Please keep in mind all the compensations must be claimed before next week's maintenance.
