Experimenting with Arma 3 is fun. Posted: 29 Aug 2018 09:36 PM PDT I was playing around in the editor and I used this command. setterrainGrid 1 This set the quality of the terrain in the far distance as the same quality as the terrain close up, like perfectly, then the game crashed with a "Rendering command buffer too small" error. Did I push the game too far? I mean the terrain on Altis was photo quality in the distance, with 12000 view dist, but extremely poor framerate, even in the editor.
