Game Crashing On Launch

I've read through all the posts here about this and done extensive googling, I cannot find a fix to my game crashing at launch. I feel like i've done everything

What I've tried:

uninstall/reinstall

restart pc

close steam entirely

run steam as admin

check for files in Paks folder that werent pakchunk (there were none)

made sure pubg and battleeye were not being blocked by firewall or antivirus

deleted windowsnoeditor file

verified game cache multiple times

changed a usersettings config in windowsnoeditor that i found on youtube

deleted a shit ton of files and reinstalled with the verify game files

windows is up-to-date

drivers are up-to-date

memory isnt being overworked causing game to crash

And im sure theres more i cant think of off the top of my head. This is really frustrating because i have no idea whats causing it i feel like im out of options. Has anyone else had this problem and managed to fix it a different way, please let me know. Thanks.

I find it hard to believe there isn't a damn weapon melee attack.
