| Posted: 17 Jul 2018 04:39 PM PDT My friend and I were talking and we were remiss about how Diablo doesn't have a "horde" mode. We'd really love to see something whereby you challenge wave after wave of demons of increasing difficulty. But the icing would be that you still get drops in this mode, and that the quality scales dependent on the wave you're at. Anyone else think this is a good idea? It's an Immortal King's Set with some good stats but I really really struggle doing damage when I am doing 2 players GR. It's not that bad in solo but it still lacks damage. | Posted: 17 Jul 2018 03:16 PM PDT I can't find anything on how to play in a group that isn't dedicated to the 4 player meta. My wife and I play local coop and will occasionally have a 3rd. Are there any guides to 2s or 3s? Not trying to get a leaderboard position, but it would be nice to get beyond what I can currently handle solo. I've got a crusader and wd right now. Sader can probably do gr75. Wife is a dh and about the same gear level. I'm open to switching classes, but she's not likely to play anything else. Thanks! [link] [comments]  | ||
| Recommended Crusader Group build? Posted: 17 Jul 2018 03:39 AM PDT What's an acceptable group build to farm paragons and not get kicked on sight? Is zdps still a thing? Condemn for trash clear? For the record I'm casually playing the Akkhan's HF/block variation this season (which is strong against elites and RGs) and I'm getting close to GR80 solo. | Bracer of fury is garbage and other rants Posted: 17 Jul 2018 08:40 AM PDT It doesn't take any complex mathematics to work out that this item has some really unfair parameters. Blind, immobilized or stunned. This is the only window you have to do damage with heavens fury and get the bonus from the item. With the way the game works and has worked for a while, more enemies are immune to these effects and the way the build should work with blocking attacks to generate heavens fury attacks with Ivory tower, its difficult to block an enemy that's supposed to be frozen or blind etc. Compare this to the Wol monks skill adjusting bracer Pinto's pride. It slows enemies by 80% for 3 seconds (wow thats awesome) and wave of light does 150% more damage. Period. No strange obligations or tiny windows to do damage, it has a useful effect (slows enemies) and it does more damage. It is an awesome item. We need items to be awesome, crusader right now is a character that basically has one set and build thats worth playing, everything else being nowhere near the power level of condemn. Condemn has 2 items that both have 800% multipliers and additional useful effects. Heavens fury and phalanx builds need some numbers adjusted and it wouldn't even be much work. I'd love to have some more variety, I really want an awesome Phalanx bow men build as well, again it would be so easy to fix just by tweaking numbers on existing items [link] [comments]  | ||

| My HC Necro 'died' at level 57. Posted: 17 Jul 2018 08:43 AM PDT I was level 57, running a rift (on Master because Expert was too easy). The RG was that stupid yellow demon who's shaped like Diablo, shoots deadly lightning, and splits into clones (Illusionist?). Anyway, he walls me in and shoots me with that lightning. I forgot to Blood Rush out and realized that I died because all my minions had been sacrificed to heal me. I tried to run away but he and his clones stuck to me like glue. My skeletons came back slowly and I eventually finished him. What an adrenaline rush. [link] [comments]  | ||
