| Posted: 17 Jul 2018 04:34 PM PDT I ve been having a blast playing Antistasi alone, and casually, since I have very little time for gaming. The thing I noticed when I started playing is that when I died and became incapacited, I got the "Press R to respawn" message but still, my char would revive by itself in the spot. I though this was quite strange but maybe it was a single player crutch, and continued playing. Btw Im using no extra mods, and this happened with or without hired AI. Now for whatever reason its gone, probably fixed itself somehow. I tried to adapt but quite honestly, as cheaty as it was, now its not the same since I cant really play this game seriously in the hour or so of time I have. Is there any mod or way of editing the mission so it goes back to the old self revive method? [link] [comments] | ||

Also, I want to make footsteps sound better in arma 3 so if there is a mod that replaces/refurbishes the footstep sound in arma 3. Place the mod's links below in the comment section. | Help with LGBs and Laser Designators Posted: 17 Jul 2018 01:39 PM PDT I'm playing around with creating a JTAC scenario with my group, involving them laser designating a target for a precision strike in a civillian area. As Zeus I'll hop into the pilot's seat to drop the bomb myself because I trust the AI about as far as I can throw them. In testing though, I'm having trouble with getting my bombs specifically to lock onto laser designated targets, in that I can lock onto the target but the bomb doesn't follow the path even if I'm right above the drop zone. I could always use the bomb gauge but then there's always the chance of falling short and needing a second run, something a designated target would hopefully avoid. Basically am I just missing something in terms of locking on with GBUs? I noticed talk about the Tanks DLC update changing how it worked but I can't find anything concrete. Where does this put the validity of using the 'legal' parts of the mods such as the vanilla retexture, G2's etc??? Can we use them? Will we hear fr m Van again? | Posted: 17 Jul 2018 10:25 AM PDT We've been playing on a dedicated server on and off for a long time and just started getting back into and I gotta say, what an improvement it's been lately compared to other times we've tried to play. We've noticed, however, that any time we restart the server (to fix issues with the top bar not loading, ai not responding, or when it seems the scripts start breaking randomly), it completely resets all the player save data... so player funds and rank basically, and I was wondering if anybody has found where this save data goes so I can back it up, of if anybody has found a solution. Also was wondering if anybody knows what triggers things unlocking in the arsenal... for example we have like 30 explosive charges on a server with an unlock requirement of 15, and 16 helmets and 20 somethings vests (all the same one of course). Are there certain items that cannot be unlocked, and if so is there a file I can edit to change which things can and cannot unlock? Thanks! [link] [comments] | ||

| Request: Large High Quality Map of Antistasi Altis Posted: 17 Jul 2018 05:27 AM PDT I'm trying to get a map of Antistasi Altis for me and my mates to coordinate battle plans on, however there don't seem to be any on google images, and the screenshots I take look like complete garbage for whatever reason. I would prefer a large map, between 2560x1440 or 3840x2160 that includes all the locations of the AFRF Bases, Outposts, Resources, and Radio Towers . If anyone could either show me how to get a picture like this or grab one for me I would be appreciative. Edit: I am appreciative of everyone that has offered a suggestion, many thanks.
