I’m a new player, bought the game just over a week ago...I’m also 34, how am I so late to the party? Why do I have to go to work? This game is awesome. Here is my Vampire, Wood Elf, Mage ��
"Okay Ulfric, I found your stupid jagged crown or whatev— ....uh...you know what, I'll come back later."
After 50 hours my character is finally at his prime! The Dragonborn has defeated Alduin and Miraak. He now hunts, studies and maintains peace, but when the Civil War escalates and Vampires threaten Skyrim, will he be back in business?
Mod it until you break it.
I don't know how I've missed him the first dozen times I've done this quest, but this was my first time encountering Torygg in Sovngarde.
It has been more than 7 years since I felt this kind of hype.

The dwarves never "disappeared", they were all cursed by a deadric prince or being (VIivec perhaps?) and transformed into mudcrabs. Evidence:

There are no records of mudcrabs and dwemer existing at the same time
Mudcrabs have been known to gather around dwemer ruins.
The Dawnguard quest: "A New Order", tasks you with retrieving a satchel of Dwemer Gyros that Mudcrabs have stolen. This is obviously the trapped dwemer trying to gather the components needed to make a machine that can reverse the transformation and save his race.
The creation club, a service run by Bethesda (the company that makes the elder scrolls video games), has a mod that adds a Dwarven Armored Mudcrab to the game. This is considered canon by Todd Howard himself.
