After the update every time I'm editing walls or floors my eyes start bleeding. I understand the point of this change in br, but I really want stw to be pretty, smooth and simple. There is no point for it to be in stw. After we got different controls, mechanics and so on, why there was a need to change something that works perfectly and everyone is used to.

First, you increase the amount of materials I can hold, up my wood stone and metal amount, remove sprint cost, remove durability loss on death, add a bunch of new weapons, promise canny valley story, and now? PL 23 in a PL 118 mission, and it was the best thing I’ve ever seen!

I joined, and first thing I see is a rare outlander, so I join in and noticed he was only PL 23, so I walked up to the kid dropped a gun and then took it back. The first thing he did was go afk for around a minute, then he started typing in chat that I am a noob, and that he has 106 guns so he is better then me. So I told em, well show me the power the guns have, so we walked up to a husky husk, and I asked him to shoot it. He kept on shooting and shooting for about a minute or so, then I asked him: "why are you dealing no damage? I think guns dont matter and you need to get higher PL" So he started swearing and yelling in his mic and I believe he also said he reported me so I said give me that gun I will show you I can kill them without a problem, so I did. After that I thought by myself, hmmm this PL 23 is leeching in a PL 100 mission. So I just kept the gun and started the objective and now I had to block him because of his messages lmao!

We're aware some PC players are experiencing high memory usage issues after the release of v4.5. Help us track down what could potentially be causing this by reporting your logs.

 

How do you do this?

While in the lobby, open the options list at the top right corner, then find the "Feedback" button in the dropdown list. After that, select the "Bug" button. Once you're done that your bug ticket should look like this.

 

Subject: Memory Leak

Body: High memory usage

This will send us your logs and help us track down the cause so we can work on getting this all fixed up. #Teamwork

Opaque blocks when editing in STW? Why?

I understand why 4.5 brought Opaque editing blocks to the BR game, to make sure you can't edit a wall (or whatever) to see other players from safety but why is it needed in STW?

"Ow no I can't edit the wall to see if there are husks coming"?

Can we just get the old clear blocks for STW since there is no reason why we should have the opaque blocks from BR, we are fighting together not against each other!

TL;DR: Just give us the old style clear blocks in STW while editing instead of the opaque from BR

Hands up to Epic for 4.5 changes

Really impressed with how many quality of life improvements. Builder pro, hud scaling and not to mention the incredible rework of the collection book system.

While some may be unhappy at times, just know epic is always listening here and positivity will only motivate the team more to implement our ideas. Was a nice surprise to see the detail and quality of this patch!
