Here is the "Best In Slot" Item builds for the most viable character builds EXCEPT for Smiter. If anyone wants to add Smiter in the comments I would love that! Disclaimer: I could smoke a cigar and talk Diablo II Items and their history for days.. so before you come at me with 1.08 "Vamp Gaze" or the "Storm Circlet" or "G-Spurs" just know that I understand those insane items EXIST on Non-Ladder to this day but this list is WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO ACTUALLY FIND on the new Ladder Server that launches this Friday. These are MY OWN builds and I will defend them with honor if I must :) Let the debate begin!
